I was charged £2 a bottle for water to find out there free the rooms news air conditioning ASAP as it's ridiculous the heat

The room and bed was comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Other guests were extremely inconsiderate - shouting and stamping around all night and from 6 am in the morning. Due to the calibre of other guests, if you’re travelling for business, don’t expect a good night sleep!
