Pros:

The carpets looked old and dirty with stains like coffee or maybe food.

Cons:

The staff were brilliant but I will suggest to management to upgrade the place and charge mattress etc

Great value for money!
Pros:

We booked this last minute for a wedding in town and the value for money was great. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, shower had good power to it, the breakfast was good value for money. I mean the area is a tad run down but easy access to everything.
The staff were really friendly and really helpful. We would use again.

Cons:

It is a bit of an industrial area which was a bit run down with the building next to the hotel all boarded up. Bathroom a tad tired but clean.

Pros:

Lisa on reception was very helpful on arrival, change my room to ground floor. She was very help as we’re all the staff with one exception.
Night staff on Saturday evening shout to a customer from just outside my room at midnight. As she was sorting a key card for room 19. There was then another conversation same staff member about a remote. This wen on for over 20 minutes. In the end I had to get up to ask them to key the noise down.

The property was easy to find , room was ready when we arrived, quick and easy book in . The lady who booked us in was so helpful , the ladies at breakfast were spot on they were all so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice , would definitely stay here again

Wouldn't stay again, ok for ond night stay , but wouldn't recommend it fof a longer stay
Pros:

Very poor, consisted of cereal toast etc, instant coffee and only hot food was microwaved bacon and omelette in a bun.
Limited seating also af breakfast time.

Cons:

Cleanliness left rather a lot to be desired.

Nice place for a one night stay
Pros:

The hotel is slightly outdated but clean and has the expected facilities. We had a good night sleep and staff were nice. We wouldn't normally have breakfast, but there was no option without, and the breakfast was actually really tasty.

Cons:

It's a bit overpriced considering the location and overall aspect.
