Персонал дружелюбный, местоположения хорошая, только не очень чистая ванная комната
Pros:

Местоположения отличная, не подалеко есть трамвай

Cons:

Не очень чисто, с раковины вода не уходит, надо ждать чтобы вода пошла, с ванной тоже, ванная комната не чистая,всё старое, бассейн и баня не работает, прачечное нет

It was ok!
Pros:

Locations was perfect! I hade problem with the “ boss” He was walking around and collecting left over bread FROM the TABLES and put it back to the bread basket!!!

Cons:

I was very happy with the “ bellboy “ I forget his name! The concierge Mustafa was fantastic! He helped me with everything! Thank to him we had a good time!

Room temperature, and the room was big enough.

Cons:

We booked that hotel because it was advertised as having a swimming pool and breakfast on the top floor with a beautiful view. We were misled and were not informed that the pool was not working, and the breakfast was quite poor.

I don’t recommend it to anyone, don t go there

Cons:

It was the Worst experience ever, I don t recommend it to anyone , the reception staff are impolite .
They get to our room without our permission they disturb us , we didn’t feel comfortable and safe there .
