Don’t book the transport, with booking.cm terrible customer manners and totally disrespectful
Pros:

Everything was great, staff were excellent, helpful and nothing was to much trouble, they helped us with everything
Cleaners were excellent including the staff that filled up coffee , tea and water
Thank you

Cons:

The taxi service which we added to take us to the Villa and pick up was the let down and unfortunately really upset me
Staff on the phone were rude unhelpful and really let your company down

Precio/calidad dejaba un poco de desear
Pros:

La villa era grande y la habitación debo de decir que era muy bonita. El personal amable. La iluminación de la piscina por la noche estaba preciosa y la terraza tenía muchos rincones para el descanso.

Cons:

La villa daba justo a la carretera, así que ruido y muy poca privacidad. En el suelo de la terraza habían colillas y había bastante polvo en la villa. El buffet para nuestro gusto se quedaba muy justo. Estamos hablando de un Luxury hotel y esos detalles son importantes tenerlos en cuenta.

Pros:

Magnifique hotel avec vue sur la montagne et la mer. Bien situé pour visiter le sud de l'île.
Villa spacieuse et confortable en tous points conforme à la description voire mieux
SPA incroyable. Personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

S'il faut trouver un bémol, ce serait le fait que la salle de restaurant (petit-déjeuner/diner) est en sous-sol (sans fenêtre). Mais la nourriture servie et le personnel compensaient largement!

La felicidad se vive en familia

Somos repetidores ,la habilidad ,la atención y sobre todo por parte de Isabel la señora de recepción siempre atenta desde que llegamos por ella volvimos a repetir gracias por la experiencia cada vez que vamos salimos encantados y los señores del desayuno muy atentos con nosotros en especial Juan gracias por hacernos la estancia más cómoda con la atención
