Petit déjeuner superbe avec de la musique live, les villas sont à couper le souffle et le personnel est incroyable !
L attention toute particulière en nous surclassant pour notre anniversaire de mariage , à la base nous devions loger dans la villa duchesse et nous avons eu la bora bora avec bouteille de cava . Le personnel adorable, la qualité du petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Le service d entretien de la chambre top de chez top vraiment .
Manque de pains au chocolat au petit déjeuner 🤪
L’hôtel est absolument incroyable !
La villa était très bien avec sa petite piscine privée et à l’abris des regards.
Le personnel est fantastique.

L’entrée de l’hôtel est très compliqué à trouver.
Vous devez vous arrêter au milieu de la route et sonner à une petite porte, il n’y a aucune indication.

This hotel was so beautiful. From entering the doors, to the front desk and the beautiful infinity pool. Our room was delightful. The decor is well picked and placed. And was much bigger than expected! I loved that we had our own pool to enjoy. Our pool was a little exposed to the upper portions of the hotel but not that it stopped us from enjoying it. The service was excellent! The food was awesome as well. This is a taxi service away from the beach and the front desk will order you that service via WhatsApp. There are taxi stations/locations as you travel about. So don’t worry about getting back. Uber is more expensive here, so taxi away! The pictures on their site are as beautiful as in person!
There really isn’t much to like at all.
Wir hatten das Frühstück im Preis enthalten, darum war es ein wenig befremdlich, dass wenn das Frühstück per Room-Service mit zusätzlichen 16.20 Euro belastet wurde.
Die schön eingerichtete Villa mit dem Pool und die toll angelegte Gartenanlage sowie das Spa.
Das Frühstücksbüffet liess keine Wünsche offen.
The villa size, comfy beds, the facilities inside the villa and outside. The private pool (once I had hand rails). The restaurant and food and drink choices. Warm welcome by staff and Fiona(Director). The shower, the use of the VIP Villa on departure day. The gardens and spa(although we didnt use the Spa as I have accessibilty issues).
Too close to the road where traffic was very noisy all day. Had to change villa part way through holiday as despite there being a lift the villa was too far and too steeply located. The pool in first villa had no hand rails so was not accessible to me. However the issue was sorted very quickly.
Wir sind unglaublich froh, dass wir uns für dieses Hotel für unseren kurzen Urlaub entschieden haben. Schon während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns rundum wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt.
Unser besonderer Dank gilt allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern des Hotels. Jeder Einzelne war aufmerksam, freundlich und rücksichtsvoll und hat dazu beigetragen, dass unser Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem wurde. Diese herzliche und persönliche Betreuung haben wir sehr geschätzt.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an den Küchenchef und sein gesamtes Küchenteam für die wunderbaren Gerichte. Jedes Essen war mit viel Liebe und Können zubereitet und hat unseren Aufenthalt auch kulinarisch zu einem echten Genuss gemacht.
Wie mein Mann so schön sagt: Dieses Hotel ist ein kleines Paradies für Paare. ❤️ Die besondere Atmosphäre, die Ruhe und die Herzlichkeit machen es zu einem wunderbaren Ort, um gemeinsam eine schöne und unvergessliche Zeit zu verbringen.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese schöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir werden unseren Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten und würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

On a beaucoup aimé le service. La disponibilité du personnel, leur réactivité. Ils sont toujours souriants, professionnels, toujours prompts à proposer des solutions quand on rencontre une difficulté.
Les employés profitent toujours de notre absence pour venir ranger la chambre, ce qui est une très bonne chose. Mais souvent, dans le zèle de la tâche, il peut arriver qu'une personne entre, sans savoir qu'on est encore à l'intérieur de la villa. Je suggère qu ils sonnent toujours plusieurs fois, avant d'entrer, ou demandent à la réception de laisser un message afin de s'assurer que les clients sont vraiment absents.
