Pros:

Magnifique hotel avec vue sur la montagne et la mer. Bien situé pour visiter le sud de l'île.
Villa spacieuse et confortable en tous points conforme à la description voire mieux
SPA incroyable. Personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

S'il faut trouver un bémol, ce serait le fait que la salle de restaurant (petit-déjeuner/diner) est en sous-sol (sans fenêtre). Mais la nourriture servie et le personnel compensaient largement!

Super Personal, Lage nicht optimal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die tägliche Zimmerreinigung sehr aufmerksam. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt und wir hatten bis zum späten Nachmittag Sonne auf unserer Terrasse. Kostenloses Parken in der Tiefgarage. Schöne Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Die direkte Lage an der Straße. Dadurch wurde unsere Ruhe leider gestört und man hat manchmal sogar die Abgase gerochen. Der Frühstücksraum hatte kaum Tageslicht.

An ideal place for relaxation, particularly in winter, blessed with beautiful sunshine.
Pros:

We overall enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be very peaceful and private. The villa-style layout means low guest density, which makes the stay very comfortable. Although the location is a little away from the city centre, this also adds to the sense of privacy.

Breakfast was very good. While the selection was not as extensive as some similar-level hotels, the made-to-order egg service was excellent. The lady at breakfast was especially professional, friendly, and always smiling.

We did experience an issue with the private pool boiler in Villa Eden which is a 2 bedroom villa. The boiler was located next to the master bedroom and was quite noisy at night, which affected my sleep. There was also a technical problem with the boiler, so the pool temperature was too cold to use for 4 days out of our 6 day ( 5 nights) stay. Fortunately, the spa centre was just opposite our villa and we enjoyed using its facilities daily.

On our last night, we were kindly upgraded to Villa Coroal with a perfectly heated pool and offered a late check-out as a thoughtful gesture to compensate for the boiler issue. We appreciated the hotel’s efforts and overall had a pleasant stay.
