Never trust OYO recidency service in UP
Pros:

It’s new property and not fully completed so there is no facilities as described in booking.com. Staff and property manager are helpful and supportive to guests. The OYO team are very worst and not understanding the guests issues. Meanwhile i have to say the property is very good in location who loves quiet and calm place and the staff are good. After full facilities are completed i like to be stay there and prefer to others too. Thanks to Mr. Vijay property manager for his help and support.

Cons:

The property manger and staff are friendly and helpful. But the OYO support team was very bad and they not give a proper solution or sort out the guest issues in a professional way. They not understanding or willing what guests having issue also they don’t know what facilities are there in property and even they don’t know is the property is existing or not. I cancel my booking and booked other oyo residency and they send me the location i go there and found that the property is not there from last three months. After i called the customer care they tried to contact the property manager there is no response and I run more than two hours with their instructions i loose my time and money for cab. Never book through OYO especially in UP I like to say about Varn Residency property manager Mr. Vijay help me lot for my inconvenience occurred in their property. Thanks to Mr. Vijay for understanding me. The Varn residency is good in a good location once all the works are completed right now it’s a new location and they are doing their works.
