Pros:

The pool next to the apartment is a big plus, though it's not heated. The apartment also has a garage for vehicles, which is convenient.

Cons:

The staff didn't speak English very well, which made things a bit hard to communicate. Also, the bike storage in the garage wasn't free, even though that wasn't mentioned anywhere beforehand.
