No words to describe my difficulties and mental stress
Pros:

Very poor very very poor service

Cons:

I've booked a room for my night stay with my wife and son.but reached there at night, they didn't open the room ,or not even picked up my call .( I tried several times in their two numbers) Atlast we have to sleep inside the car itself till morning.

Pros:

I booked for one day for the convocation of my daughter near Vellayani Agriculture College on 29 th I booked on 13 th and paid advance also But the day when I reached there they told me that there is no vaccancy and told me that they will arrange somewhere else I strongly denied and finally they give me a room. A kitchen was near to the room and we made tea in the morning by ourself. The road to the villa is damaged and full of water on that day. No auto came for return to villa because the bridge near was over flowing we called the villa to arrange a vehicle but they denied we missed our train which was booked earlier. The staff was not at all co operative. Our stay was terrible. 😭😭😭. Please dont book for this villa
