Pros:

Break fast was not provided at all !! Claiming reasons about staffs taking leaves during this festive seasons

Disappointing stay – not as advertised

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. No drinking water was provided in the room, which is a basic expectation. The Wi-Fi worked only at the reception area and not inside the room, making it inconvenient.

The accommodation provided was an Ottu Veedu, and the actual room was nowhere close to the pictures shown on Booking.com. The photos were misleading and did not reflect the real condition of the stay.

Additionally, breakfast was not provided, even though it was expected. Due to these issues, we had initially planned to stay for 2 days but vacated after just 1 day.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and we would not recommend this place based on our stay.

I't have a wash basin.
No wardrobe.. no place for toiletries and towels in bathroom..no towels..one towel provided upon request for three people.. bathrooms were not cleaned before check-in. In fact the strainers were blocked.
Charged 30 rupees for dental kit though we didn't ask for it.
Fan regulator knobs missing.
Cards are not accepted.
Too expensive for an accommodation of this type.
Didn't give GST bill although they have charged extra GST over rupees 4221 amounting 4432.
I checked up with properties with better amenities at lower prices than this, but we were late and had language barrier.

Had a truly wonderful stay at Naksha Tree Hotels. The whole place is surrounded by lush greenery, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What really stood out was the warm and helpful nature of the management—they made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to relax and reconnect with nature!
