Disappointing stay – not as advertised
Our stay at this property was very disappointing. No drinking water was provided in the room, which is a basic expectation. The Wi-Fi worked only at the reception area and not inside the room, making it inconvenient.
The accommodation provided was an Ottu Veedu, and the actual room was nowhere close to the pictures shown on Booking.com. The photos were misleading and did not reflect the real condition of the stay.
Additionally, breakfast was not provided, even though it was expected. Due to these issues, we had initially planned to stay for 2 days but vacated after just 1 day.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and we would not recommend this place based on our stay.

No wardrobe.. no place for toiletries and towels in bathroom..no towels..one towel provided upon request for three people.. bathrooms were not cleaned before check-in. In fact the strainers were blocked.

Had a truly wonderful stay at Naksha Tree Hotels. The whole place is surrounded by lush greenery, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What really stood out was the warm and helpful nature of the management—they made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to relax and reconnect with nature!
rooms are spacious and location is very near from the main road.the tree lighting is beautiful at the night time. good and budget friendly place to relax a weekend. staffs are polite.

No towel, No Soap, No Tooth Kit, TV not recharged, Unclean bedsheets, No kitchen or a chef no one to buy tea or food.
