A good stay
Pros:

I love the location of the hotel. The night shift staff was awesome.

Cons:

The clerk that checked us in was kind of rude when we asked her questions. On booking.com it states a $20 deposit but before I checked in I was charged $50. Then once I arrived I was charged $100 deposit. I don't have a problem paying a deposit but everything needs to be on the same accord

The hotel and the staff was exceptional especially the night clerk.

Cons:

The online description and the actual we NOT in alliance. For instance, I am a dog owner and online it clearly states theres no pets allowed. I only chose this hotel because of other family members had already booked(no problem). While there the i saw animals on the premisis so i asked the clerk on shift and was informed there was a pet deposit. I have no problem paying that if i had know. I had to put my fur baby in doggy daycare which cost me a WHOLE LOT MORE. Please update the online description according to booking.com

Disapointing for a Hilton property.
Pros:

Good location . . .

Cons:

This is not a $120 a night hotel. $60 - $70 would be a fair price.
The listing should have said continental breakfast. . . Coffee in the room would be nice.
