El lugar, el espacio y las vistas.
Wifi lento, se filtra demasiado ruido externo a la habitación, como el sonido ambiental del comedor, incluso ruidos del bar, el lavabo en la habitación es muy incómodo.
Las instalaciones, pero en general todo!! Un lugar excepcional para descansar.

Wunderschönes altes Gebäude mit teils antiker Einrichtung. Schön gelegenes Restaurant direkt am Fluss und Wasserfall. Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Netter Empfang mit Nackenmassage und Auswahl der Düfte für das Zimmer und Bad.
Das Zimmer war schön, aber unpraktisch, da der einzige Schrank belegt war mit Fernseher, Safe und Kühlschrank. Es gab nichts, um Kleidung aufzuhängen, das ganze Gepäck lag auf dem Fußboden herum. Im Bad gab es auch keine Haken.

They started work in the room at 6am, and woke us up
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. First time I’ve been offered a short massage on check in and the choice of what aroma I would like in the room. The restaurant closed at 6 as it was a Sunday but they kindly cooked for us at 5.30. A delicious meal.
It was a bit cold
Restaurant. Was good and my house keeper Mike was very good
Spa is bad. Therapist on the phone in the massage time. The bed was broke toilet Doty with no water the temascal was close. Spa was bad They don’t have front desk. No one was there went we arrive. I ask the púber lady to talk with her but she refused. Was not what we thing. We never come back there the windows in the sower was broke. Bad.

Nice and cozy place to relax and enjoy. The restaurant is amazing, you’ll enjoy everything on the menu. Staff is always attentive and kind. definitely we will come back. The whole stay is an amazing experience.

Excelente experiencia, todo el personal, muy atento, Yuriana y Fernanda excelentes anfitrionas, tenían todo listo, aroma en las habitaciones, mesas reservadas para la cena y el desayuno, vino en la habitación , la ropa de cama lista , la arquitectura y los detalles del hotel, lo hacen único en su género, perfecto para una escapada en pareja.
