The pool had some green areas, needs cleaning. The rooms/ bathroom area were not sparking clean, not dirty but has dust here and there.

the position of the hotel and our cottage was great

the only downside was the second room with 2 single beds was too small and the mattress on all beds a bit too firm for us. overall a very good stay

Amazing place to stay perfect for families.
Pros:

Lovely clean spacious room. Amazing facilities for the kids, games room, pool and outdoor park. Staff were exceptional, best customer service I’ve come across in the UK.

Pros:

The staff were so helpful, friendly , kind and welcoming.
The room was amazing, spacious and so well laid out. Best family hotel room so far.

Cons:

Only suggestions - I would advise maybe another bath mat and perhaps a place to dry beach towels or body boarding wetsuits perhaps in the bathroom.

A lovely cottage in a perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the village. Parking and check-in were really straightforward, which made everything easy from the start. The cottage itself was lovely overall and we had a great stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the dining chairs, which were a bit tired as the seats had worn down so it felt like sitting on the wooden frame. A couple more hand towels and an extra tea towel would have been useful (the kitchen was otherwise really well stocked). It also would have been handy if the main bedroom could be set up as the twin room rather than the guest bedroom.
