Robbery of the skis and reaction of the hotel ruined the stay
Pros:

Relatively good location close to the slopes but you may be impacted a segment of the hotel far from the lift (it is large hotel).

Cons:

Two pairs of our skis were stolen from the dedicated ski room where we were obliged by the hotel to deposit skis overnight. They were stolen from the locked ski boxes in these ski rooms (that also should be locked at night). This happened to over 10 families. The hotel representatives were sympathetic (verbally) until we were there still did not propose anything concrete to cover immediate costs (e.g we had to rent skis for the remaining days ourselves) or otherwise manage this incident. They assured we would receive compensation for the stolen skis and related costs but these proved to be just words. In the end in my view the hotel did not treat this matter seriously and treated the case as closed when we had to leave home. During 4 months after our stay we have been referred to some insurance company or (alternatively) insurance expert or admin department of the firm managing the hotel. We were asked for documents including police protocols that we had already provided. The hotel did not follow up, did not prove to have any interest in that matter and did not stay in touch. Thefts may happen everywhere but the reaction of the hotel in that case - highly disappointing. Surely, no sentiment to be back to Vilaggio Olimpico or to any other hotel of this group. My advice - if you go there - keep expensive skis with you in the room even if prohibited by the hotel.

Amazing stay: great location, activities, shows, and attentive manager. Highly recommend.
Pros:

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — close to everything and easy to get around. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained throughout the day. The night shows were a real highlight — fun, lively, and very well organized.

A special mention goes to the manager, who was present at all times, interacting warmly with guests and making sure everyone was having a great experience. That personal touch made the stay feel even more special.

Overall, a super awesome experience — I’d definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Cons:

The only negative point was having to pay separately for access to the swimming pool. Only guests with a meal plan had free access, and there was no option to pay a flat fee for unlimited use during the week. Since each individual entry was quite expensive, it quickly added up if you wanted to use the pool every day.

Pros:

The building is on good proximity to the ski lift, but the ski hire location and the village is a 1KM hike up hill.

Cons:

The facility is a bit run down and the pool was unavailable to book, even when there was no one in it. Also it was very expensive.

Pros:

Расположение чудесное прямо рядом с подьемником и склонами. В отеле есть прокат и все для лыж и сноубордов. Все в принципе хорошо. Было бы удобнее если бы бассейн и спа отеля были бы для постояльцев бесплатно или со скидкой. Хотели посетить но так и не успели, к тому же надо было записываться через приложение, немного запутано
