Pros:

Die Lage ist richtig schön, das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind bei kaltem Wetter angereist und man hatte uns die Wohnung auch schon vorgeheizt. Was braucht man mehr?

Nice view from balcony, clean accommodation, Netflix tv, comfortable bed, good shower, powerful air conditioning, enough kitchen equipment for two of us but no kitchen seasoning, coffee machine with capsules. no comments on the breakfast as we did not try. Location 50mins-1hr drive from airport or Palmar, not sure about the public transport as we rent a car. The quiet town has some reasonable restaurants, nothing fancy and I imagine they'll be pretty crammed in peak season. little supermarket blocks away. Plenty of on street parking but probably need to walk less than 2mins.

Cons:

Shower tray is a bit too soft to stand on and water easy to come out as well. no sugar for the coffee machine.

El sofá cama era bastante regulero. Para estancias largas es bastante incómodo.
La limpieza es bastante Justita y no bien organizada nos quedamos 7 días y nos limpiaron la habitación 1 vez al día siguiente de haber llegado. Hubiera agradecido que fuera a mitad de semana 😅.

You will see sunset When you wake up in the morning in front of your eyes. How much is it beautiful you can imagine it. And room conditions is perfect. Views also perfect. We had good memories in this hotel. Thank you so much for that.

Die Lage der Anlage ist unglaublich gut. Der Ausblick durch die bodentiefen Fenster, die nahtlos in einen großzügigen Balkon übergehen, ist unfassbar schön. Wir hatten direkten Meerblick auf das Meer und die imposante Steilküste inkl. Leuchtturm. Morgens gab es spektakuläre Sonnenaufgange. Der Pool war super und bot ebenfalls fantastischen Meerblick. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Portocolom ist ein malerischer Ort mit vielen authentischen Restaurants, schönen Stränden und freundlichen Menschen.

Cons:

Die Austattung der Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Preisklasse und ist abgenutzt. Klobrille lose, klodeckel defekt, klapperige Schränke und Schubladen mit abgewezten Fronten. Sehr, sehr spartanische Küche. Kühlschranktür schließt nicht dicht, daher stets Kondenswasser. Ich würde die Unterkunft dennoch insgesamt empfehlen, aufgrund der Lage.

Sehr tolle Lage mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer, in direkter Nähe zu schönen Stränden wie z.B. Cala Mitjana, Cala Sa Nau und vielen mehr. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas mehr sein können, Betten waren schon durchgelegen und die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
