Prachtig hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Mooie en ruime kamers. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en het restaurant en zwembad hadden een prachtig uitzicht!

Cons:

De wifi op de kamers was niet goed en er was wel wat lawaai in de omgeving (nachtclub, werken). Er zijn wel oordopjes.

Pros:

Personnel sympathique et souriant en général…

Cons:

Accès au lobby et à la piscine par les escaliers (pas très pratique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite)…
Plats trop salés et fruits coupés trop longtemps à l’avance (pas brillants, les morceaux d’avocat n’étaient plus comestibles…)

otele girişde uzun yolculuk yaptık mümkünse erken giriş yapabilirmiyiz dediğimizde
oda musaitliği var ama ilave para öderseniz gibi( günlük oda ücretinin nerede ise yarısı gibi) ücret istemeleri
vede resepsiyonda çalışan CHEATA isimli şahsın özellikle ilgisiz ve küstah ca tavırları otele girmeden moral bozulmasına sebeb oldu. Diger personeller iyi di ellerinden geleni yaptılar.

Aesthetically pleasing and good staff but not the best
Pros:

Sky bar great and rooms are very nice and clean

Cons:

Construction work at the back is so unbelievably loud from about 6:30/7am to around 7pm.

Das Frühstück (a la carte) war super. Wir sind mit reichlich Auswahl im Menü immer satt geworden.

Pros:

La localisation était très pratique a une quinzaine de minutes des principaux sites touristiques j'ai quasiment tout fait à pied pour visiter le centre de Phnom Penh. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et le personnel est a notre attention. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Cons:

Il faudra penser à changer quelques transats de la piscine et en ajouter un peu sur le côté gauche il y a de la place pour

RUMOROSSISIMO
Pros:

L’arredamento complessivo della struttura é carino. Ma si può trovare di meglio. Più centrale è con più accoglienza.

Cons:

Purtroppo personalmente non ho avuto una bella esperienza per vari motivi. Innanzitutto la cosa inaccettabile era il rumore che proveniva dalla strada. Non per il traffico, ma per i canti al microfono e schiamazzi di un bar. Hanno iniziato a catar dalle 22 alle 4.30 del mattino. Non era nemmeno musica erano proprio canti stonati senza sosta. L hotel forniva dei tappi e con tutto era impossibile dormire.

Poi la porta del bagno era trasparente, niente privacy e la doccia aveva una vetrata che affacciava sul terrazzino, quindi la notte non essendoci nessuna tenda, entrava la luce dei palazzi vicini, rendendo la camera illuminata.

Altra cosa che non ho gradito é che ho smarrito la chiave della camera che é una card , capisco che avrei dovuto pagare una penale, ma PAGARE 10 DOLLARI PER UNA CARD, che li costa pochissimo rifarla, mi é sembrato eccessivo. Inoltre ho dovuto lasciare un deposito di €50 durante il check in. Per il check out ho atteso mezz’ora perché dovevano fare tutte le verifiche della stanza, poi ridarmi il deposito Comunque non si può attendere mezz’ora per andare via.

El hotel está muy bien, la zona del rooftop tiene muy buenas vistas y el desayuno está muy bien, bastante cantidad

Las obras pegadas a la habitación que empezaron muy pronto, pero nos dejaron tapones y pidieron disculpas

Cons:

The aircon in my room starting was making a very loud squeaking noise late at night, and I was told this couldn’t be fixed and my only option was to move room.

Wouldn’t recommend having dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointed and lots of other great stuff near by

Pros:

Les chambres sont très très belles, en mode minimaliste. La literie était top. La vue du 17eme étage (restaurant et espace piscine) est dingue.

Cons:

Très mauvaise isolation acoustique, on entend les bruits de l'extérieur comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Côté gestion de l'hôtel, c'est service un peu minimal sur beaucoup de plans: réception juste professionnel mais sans chaleur, une carte d'accès par chambre, petit déjeuner pas très copieux, mobiliers de terrasse défectueux, personne pour aider a monter ou descendre les bagages de la rue au hall d'entrée (malgré les nombreuses marches), Cela ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles.
