Eine Traumsuite
Pros:

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, großzügige Suite.
Das runde Himmelbett war riesig und ein Hingucker. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Es hat kein Frühstücksbuffet. Das Essen konnte großzügig bestellt werden. Je nach Frühstückszeit musste man aber etwas länger darauf warten.

I am disappointed by the hotel
Pros:

the room is very clean

Cons:

Construction work started at 6 AM, and the walls are so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. I couldn't get any sleep at all. The only saving grace was that the place was clean

Pros:

Everything was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bar and pool were both well maintained. Towels were available at the pool, and the room also included a robe, which was a nice touch.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience dans cet établissement.

J’avais réservé deux nuits via Booking.com, en précisant clairement que j’arriverais vers 3h du matin, avec une option d’arrivée tardive mentionnée lors de la réservation.

À mon arrivée, on m’a informée que je ne pouvais pas accéder à ma chambre et que je devais attendre 15h, sauf si je payais une nuit supplémentaire. Étant sans solution à 3h du matin, j’ai été contrainte d’accepter et de payer.

Le lendemain, à midi, on m’a demandé de quitter immédiatement la chambre pour en changer, sans que cela ne m’ait été précisé à mon arrivée. J’ai dû rassembler mes affaires dans l’urgence et attendre plus de 3 heures dans le hall.

Pendant cette attente, j’ai ressenti un réel manque de respect de la part du personnel. J’ai eu le sentiment que ma situation faisait l’objet de moqueries, ce qui est profondément humiliant.

De plus, un de mes effets personnels (un maillot de bain) a été perdu par l’établissement.

Je tiens à préciser que j’ai été respectueuse tout au long de mon séjour.

Je m’interroge sincèrement sur les raisons d’un tel traitement.

Le professionnalisme, le respect et la considération des clients sont essentiels dans ce secteur, et malheureusement, ils ont fait défaut ici.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Stained pillows.
Pros:

Location is central within reach of malls and places of interest

Cons:

Stained pillows. Hotel staff at the reception wanted to blame us but we shamed him. Breakfast is scanty. Very repetitive. Room was dusty from construction nearby.

Pros:

Room was fantastic, super clean, great decor, good size, amazing!
Staff very friendly. Breakfast is a full made to order menu, can pick your meat, carbs, veg, whatever you like!
The pool area is also really nice and good happy hour specials (2 for 1 tap beer).
