Pros:

Got a lovely welcome when we arrived. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable and good value for money. We had a room at the back and couldn't hear the traffic at all. Breakfast was included in our stay and again was a very pleasant experience.

Found The Churchill very comfortable & clean. The staff were very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
Would definatley recommend & stay again..

Cons:

I had an accessible room and the toilet flush buttons were very hard to use. The toilet roll holder was also located in an awkward, inaccessible place

Good size room in a convenient location

Convenient location and good sized room.

Cons:

The smoke detector is right above the bed which is annoying as the light on it blinks all night. Also the door lock makes a clicking sound every few minutes.
Also didn’t appreciate being woken up by housekeeping letting themselves in my room.
