Great location for exploring Martinique South. Very clean rooms. Hosts are very responsive and nice to deal with. Pool was a hit with the 7 year old. Loved the easy access to some nice sandy beaches as well.
The second bedroom has no ventilation, so it can get a bit stuffy if the door is closed. There was a lot of noise coming from the bar directly underneath, which lasted until 11pm almost every night (and until 1am on December 24).
L’appartement est grand, meublé avec goût et très bien équipé. Sa situation au centre de la très belle résidence Pierre et Vacances offre une vue magnifique et un environnement exceptionnel. Le personnel, le restaurant, les animations sont très bien. Les hôtes Céline et Frédéric sont attentionnés.
Il faut préciser que l’appartement se situe dans le bâtiment principal au-dessus du bar, qui fait des animations tous les soirs, parfois tard. Très bruyant les soirs de concert.
Emplacement avec vue imprenable sur la mer ! Plages t très complet, Planteur délicieux et bien frais offert à l arrivée, très propre, fonctionnel, conciergerie au top ! Et les propriétaires attentionnés (la vidéo de l appart avant d arriver pour nous donner envie, les échanges par whats app). Bref, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !!! Et nous nous demandons déjà quand revenir 😀 !!
Le restaurant/buffet Pierre et Vacances, décevant , cher pour la qualité et le peu de choix. D autres petits restos plus sympas sur Ste Luce.
Mais la cuisine de l appart étant bien équipée, Nous avons pu faire nos repas avec les produits locaux fruits, légumes, et nous régaler !
Tout est conforme à la description et aux photos. Le complexe est magnifique (jardins notamment) et très bien situé. Tout est à portée (plages, plongée, ski nautique...). L'appartement est très fonctionnel, chaleureux et très bien équipé (lave-linge et nombreux équipements électroménagers). Les propriétaires comme leur agent sur place sont super sympas et arrangeants, très bonne communication.
Les animations du bar sont bruyantes (mais tout s'arrête vers 23h)
