Pros:

Stayed for a long weekend for a friends wedding, staff great from the start even though we arrived late due to train issues. Had an issue with our showing not putting out hot water one morning but was sorted same day.

Pros:

The room was lovely and clean but no mirror in bathroom and the show looked lovely but didn’t work properly, no dining in the evening as the kitchen was closed, the staff were happy to tell us were we could go to eat, the tv in the room was working but couldn’t watch any channels as were told they were In between changing suppliers very disappointed

Lovely hotel right next to the train station.
Pros:

Lovely hotel right next to the train station. The staff were great and very helpful with any requests we had. Perfect for our stay after attending a wedding at Balbirnie House.

Pros:

Terrible experience, I informed that I was arriving late and they did not care, they left me and my boy in the street at midnight without any reply, I called and texted several times before my late arrival (due to a train delay) and when I was there and nobody replied, not even after that left us there to spend the night in the street. HORRIBLE custom service, I would never recommend someone going there ever.
