We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms and all areas were very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The personnel were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit.

amazing
Pros:

it was such a nice stay. hotel is close to the center but not to close that it disturbs your peace. terrace had a beautiful view and you could also play pool upstairs.

Cons:

only thing that needs improving is breakfast options. everything available was tasty but it lacked options. for example would’ve been nice to have oatmeal and croissants and also toppings for yogurt like granola and nuts.

Pros:

位置极佳， 本来要订网红酒店ROOM 看了一些评论觉得有点店大欺客，第二天到ROOM Bar 体验了一下确实差劲，这家酒店位置好面对雪山和三圣一教堂，开窗就能进入眼帘，值得推荐！👍👍

早餐第一天开始没上全可能有团用餐的原因，团走了以后又开始补齐

Хороший завтрак, просторные и светлые номера. Сотрудники не стали брать деньги за дни, которые мы пропустили из-за закрытия границы, за что мы очень благодарны.

Cons:

Отель «подустал» по сравнению с прошлым годом.

Также в прологом году на 4 этаже был лаундж, где можно было провести вечер в компании, сейчас там очень холодно.

Very unpleasant stay.

Good view.

Cons:

We checked out earlier because it was so dirty and smelled so bad and sickening from the toilet that had not been cleaned properly.
When we arrived in the room there was something spilled in the middle of the room, the receptionist tried wiping it off with bath towels, hence the whole floor was sticky, and they did not clean it afterwards the next day.
The towels were stained and unclean. The hallways were also in a very bad state cleanliness-wise.

The whole experience was unpleasant, we asked for a partial refund for checking out days earlier, but was also not approved.

View from the balcony and staff.

Cons:

Value for money was not optimal. Bathroom had a horrible stink and unfirtunately they couldn't fix it. But staff tried to reduce the smell with freshner.

Отличное расположение. Доброжелательный и приветливый персонал, который говорит на русском языке тоже. В ресторане при отеле вкусно готовят. С утра — сытные завтраки, включающие как европейские, так и грузинские блюда. В номере есть всё необходимое. Приятно смотреть на горы в панорамные окна
