Layanan kurang sopan room service (perempuan)
Cons:

Sya kurang memuaskan bahagian room service (perempuan) kerana tidak mesra pelanggan. Berlaku situasi iaitu saya sampai awal 1:40ptg dr kelantan dan memang bercadang utk rehat2 di sekitar resort. Bila saya tanya staf tersebut dimna pejabat. Dia tnya sy semula pd msa tu pkul brapa. Sy faham waktu check in memang pkul 3. Sy cuma tnya mana pejabat/reception utk mudahkan sy utk check in kemudian. Dia balas dgn nada kurang sopan. "Skrang bru 1:40,pkul 3 bru boleh check in" dgn riak muma tidak puas hati dan masam mencuka. Memang sy tidak berpuas hati dgn layanan staf tersebut kerana sy menginap dgn berbayar bukan percuma.
