I was there maybe 10 minutes and checked in to another hotel.
Pros:

I check in and when I saw the room , I couldn’t stay there. It did not look like the pictures I saw online. It has never been updated and did not feel clean. I left and went to another hotel in the same area.

Cons:

Didn’t like the hotel and left.

Pros:

The staffs we're very nice, but air-conditioned was a pain in the neck started leaking through out the night and my suitcase and clothes got wet, I didn't have nothing but frustration. Do something about you air-conditioned or at least tell the customer.

Cons:

What did find pleasant was the staff they were nice and attentive.

Its a good location, near to many restaurants.

Cons:

The bedroom had a lot of hair on the bed, and I had to change my room because there was a cockroach. However, the staff was kind and changed my room.

Pluses and Minuses in Little Italy
Pros:

Location was great! So close to the Saturday Market, the heart of Little Italy and the harbour. The Rooftop outdoor spaces with views were also a plus. Good coffee and food in restaurant. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with ample space to put our things.

Cons:

I didn't realise from the photos that it was a motel-style place-though a bit more secure. You had to go out of your room to the restaurant to get your coffee in the morning. No standard USB ports. Flights started at 6am on Monday...too loud and frequent to sleep through. No mirrors in the main room, only bathroom. Security started knocking on doors at 4am one morning. Great to know there was security taking care of business, but a bit unnerving and difficult to go back to sleep. Price of parking!! Canceled our rental car because of the $55/day parking fee.

Negocios y placer a un buen costo
Pros:

Está prácticamente en el centro, muy cerca pasan las rutas Blue y Green del metro, desde donde uno puede ir a cualquier punto de San Diego. También está rodeada de muy buenos restaurantes, con buen vino y excelentes alimentos. Hay cocina internacional y local de buena calidad, muy cerca del hotel. La zona es muy segura y puedes cenar tarde sin que nadie te moleste. Desde temprano puedes viajar en metro al Centro de Convenciones en solo 15 minutos, fue excelente para llegar a tiempo.

Cons:

No tuvimos tiempo para disfrutar de la playa, pero el hotel tiene una excelente alberca climatizada y la disfrutamos.

The front desk made it most enjoyable for us. The location is superb.
Pros:

The staff were courteous and professional. I would stay again because both Jason and Erwin ( front desk concierges were extremely polite and helpful. Thank you !

Cons:

I think it can use renovations. The rooms can be refurbished. The lobby was quaint and lovely.

A perfect base for all that we had planned
Pros:

Close to Airport, Harbour, little Italy, trolley station etc. They changed our room to put us with a balcony. They supplied coffee making machine and coffee. Enjoyed the roof space in the early morning and evenings and the Jacuzzi/pool. Very pleasant stay

Cons:

It didn’t matter to us because there are many street restaurants but would’ve been nice to have breakfast included in the price as the restaurant has a great view.
