Loud because of open hallway
Pros:

Location and Size of the Bedroom (2 queen size) . Modern for small hotel. Walking distance to little italy. Easy access to paid parking $55. Easy check in / check out .

Cons:

Since it’s an open hallway, we could hear people coming and going throughout the night—footsteps and loud people talking ( my husband said at one point someone drunk yelling) .
We both did not get restful sleep.

Great little weekend get away location.
Pros:

Great location, kind staff. I’ve stayed at Porto Vista a handful of times now and I keep coming back.

Cons:

I’m not sure if housekeeping is included in the stay but this stay and my last stay (both 3 night stays) our room wasn’t serviced.

Will never book this hotel again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Hairs were found in the bedding. Fire alarms went off at 6am with all hotel guests panicking. The bed was so hard I wasn’t able to sleep at all. During the fire alarm, we dressed and left the property. There was no explanation for the fire alarms or any announcements.

This is one of the dirtiest and worst hotel experiences I've had in my life, I'd rather go camping.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The room was dirty, hot, smelled terrible, loud (highway and homeless), no parking and where they suggested for me to park overnight I got a ticket, the hotel itself was dirty, amenities were horrible.

Staff, Bedding, Furniture stained, towels stained, over priced, bed uncomfortable, room dark and felt like a dungeon. No AC in bedroom. Walls thin. Leaky pipe in wall all night.

Cheap but I probably won't stay again.

I liked the price and location.

Cons:

Pool was the size of a oversized bathtub and misleading in the photos. It was very noisy. Elevator took forever and the indicator lights don't work. Cleanliness is okay but not great.

ADA inaccessible and staff unwilling to accommodate the inaccessibility.
Cons:

I was with a friend who needed accessibility accommodations, and the elevator wasn’t working so on multiple occasions, we had to get people to help us carry our friend up and down the stairs to the room on the third floor, as well as the accessibility room, not having any working AC on a summer night. The staff would not address our issues or help us handle the issues at all.
