Di notte non c’era l’acqua, non si poteva nemmeno scaricare. Il bagno è condiviso ma non si legge nella descrizione della stanza, solo dei servizi.

The experience was very bad. The room has a window that connects to a bar, so it's very noisy. It smells of cigarette smoke coming from the bar. Not to mention the shower. I had to use cold water because it has an instant heater that doesn't work and is full of wires that could fall off. I left after one night even though I had paid for two.
Very noisy! Room was next to a tattoo parlor, a restaurant and a bar . Parking was only available until after 8pm .
I liked absolutly nothing about this hotel because my booking was not taken seriously by the hotel and my room was already occupied.
The staff was very bad and unfriendly.
In addition, the room we had booked was apparently already occupied and when we pointed out that they would then have to offer us another room but of course at no extra costs (we could see on booking.com that several were still available), we were just told they are completely booked and that it is booking.com's fault if they overbook rooms. Apparently our booking was not taken seriously by the hotel and is not accepted as a binding contract. If you want to be sure to get a hotel during your trip, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Since we only arrived in the evening, it was very difficult to find new accommodation spontaneously...
Also, they don't have a parking space, even if it was advertised. The behavior has of course already been reported to booking, but I would still like to point out that this partner should be removed from booking.com's website!
Nothing. It was an awfull experience
I booked a double single room on a king bed for myself to spend a couple of hours here. The price was 20$ apparently no one was told about this reservation and they gave my reservation to someone else (although I already have reserved that room) it was 1 am so nothing else was open. The guy who was managing the hotel during night time, took almost 15 minutes to finally let us in into the building not only that but because of his mistake I was charged a room with 4 beds for 50$ (double the price). I had no other option but to take it. He charged me for his mistake like if I booked 4 beds, when I only booked one. I was so tired to be upset with him but awful service. Then the beds weren’t even king beds, they were just small queen beds where I couldn’t even fit (5’8” ft) no air conditioner or fan. It was just horrific. Do not ever book something here to stay in antigua, you can trust me. I barely leave reviews but damn they did dirty so much I had to do it.
