Pros:

Jolie vue même s’il faut monter plus haut qu’au 2e étage pour en profiter.
Hôtel au centre de Verbania très pratique
Une hôte très à l’écoute et très agréable

Cons:

Pas très chaud dans le hall de l’hôtel

Très belle situation de l'hôtel en ville et face au lac. Prestations et personnel très avenants. Chambre toujours impeccable.

Gut und angenehm.
Pros:

Es gab weder Personal noch Frühstück, da es Zwischensaison war.

Cons:

Wir hatten beim Einchecken Probleme und haben an 3 verschiedene Telefonnummern nach Hilfe anfragen wollen und alle waren nicht bedient.

Cons:

Frühstück gab es keines, weil der Frühstücksraum zur Zeit neu designt und eingerichtet wird.
Absolut ok; nachher wird das Hotel noch besser sein!
