Very comfortable and clean.
Pros:

It’s new and very clean, and really cozy.
It has conduction stove, heater, utensils, microwave but no rice cooker, but you can cook it using a pan anyway. Toilet doesn’t smell, clean, with hot shower but was not ready for use. We were able to use it after we figured out how to turn it on. No toiletries.

Cons:

NO PARKING. But I was able to arrange it with the guards and was given a parking slot with fee 350/day. The ramp to the parking is so narrow. I bumped my car to the sides.

Pros:

Everything works well and is as described. Communication with the host was easy. Overall a very good stay.

Cons:

Really, everything was great.
The wifi connection was not quite stable enough for virtual meetings or VoIP calls, but that may be a Cebu issue rather than a condo issue. The wifi worked well for video streaming and anything else.
At first, I thought that the water heater didn't work, but I had to press the reset button on the outlet (I mention it in case it's helpful).

Okay for one person.
Pros:

Location and staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Poor sound insulation, so the heavy and noisy traffic was very bothersome during the long rush hours. Just one chair in the condo, so best suited for a single traveler. No rice cooker and very limited possibility for cooking your own food.

Pros:

The location is fantastic, and the view from the room is amazing. The small kitchen is decently equipped, and the TV has Netflix. I would recommend it.

Cons:

Self check-in is required, and the hot water didn’t work. The place is quite noisy, with a lot of street noise coming through. I couldn’t find the pool, and the room wasn’t entirely clean (hair). Still, I think the price-performance ratio is fair.

Overall worth the price and very affordable. Ayala malls are nearby and accessible to everything you need.
Pros:

The view was super nice, especially at night where the lights look so good, and it's cold at night.

Cons:

I think it needs to be vacuumed, and the towel leaves a lot of lint on me, my clothes, and other things. It kinda ruined my black clothes. It needs to be replaced.
