El primer día todo correcto.
El segundo día dejamos la habitación sin uso a las 16:30 aproximadamente.No llegando ni a pernoctar.
Puedo entender que se haga el pago por un extra pero la totalidad me parece excesivo y poco detallista.
Por lo demás aceptable todo.

Consiglierei anche agli altri questo appartamento.
Pros:

La posizione dell'immobile era eccellente, in una zona tranquilla, vicina ai supermercati, bar e alla stazione della metropolitana.
L'appartamento era pulito e ben attrezzato.

Cons:

La possibilità di dividere il letto matrimoniale in due letti singoli sarebbe l'ideale. I compagni di viaggio sono spesso amici o parenti che preferiscono non condividere il letto. Questo è un inconveniente comune negli appartamenti Airbnb.
