Eu havia reservado um quarto mais simples e o recpcionista Davi/David (não me recordo bem) foi muito simpático e cordial, me concedeu um upgrade sem custo. Eu amei a minha estadia. A localização é perfeita, os quartos, o café da manhã, a estrutura me surpreenderam positivamente. Voltaria sem dúvidas!!!

Tudo ótimo. O quarto é surpreendentemente confortável . Ótima localização. Ótima café da manhã. Academia Razoavelmente boa . Comida do restaurante do hotel maravilhosa. Funcionários educados e gentis.

Tranquilidade e boa localização
Pros:

O atendimento dos colaboradores de todos os setores do hotel foi muito bom e atencioso. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedades. Quarto espaçoso, com 2 ambientes. Chuveiro com ducha forte e amenidades de banho disponíveis. Serviço de limpeza muito bom.

Cons:

Fiquei hospedado na coluna final 06 e o sinal da internet não era muito bom em certos cantos do quarto. As toalhas de banho e roupas de cama apesar de estarem em ordem, poderiam ser de melhor qualidade.
