The hotel was good.food looked good.The room was quite small to say it was a deluxe double we felt claustrophobic.as there was only a small window in room and a small one in the bathroom.we wouldn’t stay again.
The entertainment on the first night was good.Then the second night was like a dogs zone.
Tony the cleaning lady was amazing. She went out her way for us. The room we had was the smaller of them all. But for a couple of nights it had everything we needed. Location spot on and free car park. 5 min walk to the beach. Plenty of eating places. A good bus service to Skegness number 59.
My negatives were. The room was above the bar. So when they had entertainment on it was very loud. The shower cubicle was very small. No breakfast included but there is a cafe across the road that do nice food.

The room was full of dust, especially behind the door and top of unit. So noisy, asked for a room not near the downstairs DJ area was put right above it, doors being slammed continuously through until around 2am, beds are so hard it's like sleeping on stone, pillows very little infill may aswell fold a sheet for a pillow, we arrived knowing the temp was 33c outside but bed was made up for winter, not luxury at all, no mini fridge, no air con, not comfortable at all,
Good location close to beach
Nothing to sit on only bed, view of roof and carpark but it was value for money
Lovwly Hotel the little housekeeper was amazing so helpful kind and chatty even went out of her way when we were leaving to say goodbye.The bar and food fab and loved the karaokee we will be back 😃
The friendly Staff and the modern room
The location of the property was fantastic
I want to make it clear that it wasn’t the girl at the bars fault! she was literally left to serve the bar and check guests in their rooms on a Friday evening by herself. This is an issue with the owners/management. When we arrived we had to stand with customers ordering drinks at the bar to check in, once we finally got served the lady told us we’d have to wait for her to serve the customers at the bar first and then she would check us in. We had to stand with our belongings waiting for 10 minutes before we could even get to our room. This wasn’t her fault she clearly had too much work to do. When we got to our room the spoon and cup were disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned since the last residents had been. (I have photos) This meant that we couldn’t even have a drink when we got up in the morning. Not the mention the room was absolutely full of bugs.
Very clean , nice room and comfortable bed
The room was very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly
The bed was quite small, it seemed smaller than a standard double. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room but when I mentioned this to the cleaning staff on the morning of checkout, she provided one and said I could take my time with checkout

Didn’t replenish tea and coffee etc.
Noise went on to late at night.
Got locked in on the first morning for 20 mins because the door was jammed.
Just as well there was not a fire.
