Pros:

Staff very friendly, really appreciate that.

Cons:

Small cocoroaches EVERYWHERE! We killed more than 10. Scary and disgusting.

Great host, beautiful apartment
Pros:

Ariana was simply the best and kindest host ever.She let me stay on when my flight was delayed,no charge. Her home was simply. Immaculate and I was so sad to leave. If I could give triple. 5 stars I would! Thank you Ariana

Pros:

Excellent flat facilities - fridge, microwave, washing machine, drinking water sanitising machine (boiling and chilled water). Large spacious rooms, nice view (15th floor). Convenient location right in the city centre. Very helpful and competent residence staff (thank you for your help in ordering the transfers).

Lovely apartment in great location
Pros:

Lovely apartment on 15th floor, such a comfortable bed and pillows. The apartment was a little home from home for us as we’ve been travelling for 5 months staying in hotels. It was lovely to have space, a separate bedroom and a living room with a TV with Netflix! An iron, washing machine and a great hot and cold water dispenser. It has a lovely seaview and small balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. The location is perfect for seeing the sights In KK, right opposite the Philipino market and waterfront and a 15 minute walk to Jesselton Quay for catching a boat to the TARP Islands. The mosque and Tanjung Aru beach are a cheap grab cab drive away reachable by cab in less than 10 mins, so everything is accessible. Lovely pool area although we didn’t use it during our weeks stay as we were out and about a lot. Great WiFi and air conditioning. Easy instructions for self check In. Highly recommend

Cons:

Just a suggestion for improvement I’d say is to supply a toaster and or a small hob to boil or fry on for making breakfast, this would have been useful.

Attractive Suite, Wonderful Location
Pros:

This is a one unit in a big building of "serviced suites." Judging by the lobby traffic, I suspect almost every one of the units is listed on this site or some other similar site.

The central location is perfect for a short term visit to Kota Kinabalu. The room included a nice "manual" and we enjoyed one of the recommended restaurants quite a lot. The room was well-equipped, and I was happy to find some laundry soap, as well!

The pool is pretty good.

Cons:

The bathroom was pretty stinky. Honestly, though, I suspect every unit in this building. I'm not sure any s-pipes were used in the construction, so gasses are probably bubbling up all over.

Great view and comfort
Pros:

I liked the view from the bedroom! Also super comfy bed and it helped that I had a water dispenser.
Massive TV and also nice desk for work
Ariana’s crew was great , super available!

Cons:

It was great , only regret is that I didn’t try the pool as it looked good
