A clean, basic, comfortable room with friendly front desk staff
Pros:

Good size room with a firm bed, and functional bathroom with good water pressure and a nice shower. The room is very basic but clean and a good value. A couple that run the front desk are very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Nota di merito per il receptionist: ci ha accolto con un bel sorriso, ha messo a nostra disposizione le biciclette gratuitamente per girare la città e ci ha permesso di fare una doccia prima di andare via per prendere il treno la sera tardi, nonostante avessimo già effettuato il check-out.

Cons:

La struttura necessita di essere ristrutturata e sistemata. Nella hall c’è un po’ di disordine e una scarsa pulizia.
Le camere sono sufficienti, unica pecca la doccia che è totalmente aperta, senza nè un vetro nè una tenda. Si consiglia di stare qui per 1/2 notti, non soggiorni prolungati.

Gia đình tôi 11 người đến nghỉ dưỡng tại đây rất hài lòng. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ tiện nghi, vị trí thuận tiện để đến các điểm tham quan Ninh Bình.
Nhân viên khách sạn và chị chủ rất nhiệt và ân cần hỗ trợ từ book vé trước các điểm tham quan khỏi phải xếp hàng chờ và tư vấn thời gian đi, phương tiện di chuyển và các điểm ăn uống hợp lý để khách ở thoải mái tận hưởng du lịch tại đây!

Останавливались в отель на 2 ночи с семьёй. Хочу отметить отличное расположение отеля и отзывчивый персонал. Заселили раньше, помогали с байком и огромная благодарность за вкусные завтраки. От души рекомендую.
