An exceptional five-star experience!
Pros:

The Robertson Small Hotel provides an exceptional five-star experience in the Cape Winelands. The helpful staff shows incredible attention to detail, the breakfast is delicious, and the complimentary car wash is a fantastic touch. Highly recommended!

A top class, boutique experience.
Pros:

The manicured gardens are lovely. And the restaurant and spa on the premises allow one to truly relax.

Cons:

Please consider upgrading to smart TVs. This would be more in keeping with a 5 star establishment.

Modern and Stylish, wish we could have stayed longer!!!!
Pros:

The room was spacious and modern, we were upgraded to the stable suite which made our stay extra special. The menu at the small restaurant is limited but there is enough to suite different pallaetes. The wine selection was excellent. The breakfast was continental with a good selection of food, wish there were extra pasteries. There was an a la carte menu as well. The location was excellent as we were attending a wine festival in town. Loved the complimentary car wash was a nice touch.

Cons:

Nothing to add, really, everything about the property met our expectations.

A wonderful and warm place to stay. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Pros:

Amazing poolside rooms, great breakfast but above all amazing staff! Couldn’t do more for you sometimes under challenging circumstances such as managing the tricky weather conditions recently and the power outages. Wonderful team - congratulations and thank you! See you again soon.

Lacking love and attention to detail
Pros:

Lovely building, large rooms and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The price-quality ratio isn’t right. It seems like this was an excellent property once but it definitely isn’t a 5 star establishment anymore. It needs some maintenance and TLC in the rooms and common areas, and much better service. Breakfast was very average, the cooked options borderline inedible. I wouldn’t recommend the stable suites as you can hear every step of your upstairs neighbours and the room isn’t very private as all windows face common areas.

They go the extra mile.
Pros:

The spa closes at 5pm. I wanted to book and they stayed open especially for me.
They also wash your car as an special treat.
The staff is different class and extra friendly.
