A wonderful and warm place to stay. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Pros:

Amazing poolside rooms, great breakfast but above all amazing staff! Couldn’t do more for you sometimes under challenging circumstances such as managing the tricky weather conditions recently and the power outages. Wonderful team - congratulations and thank you! See you again soon.

Little gem 💎 in Robertson
Pros:

Every thing, especially the swimming in front of the patio.
I also loved their friendly and professional staff.
Breakfast was wonderful.

Lacking love and attention to detail
Pros:

Lovely building, large rooms and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The price-quality ratio isn’t right. It seems like this was an excellent property once but it definitely isn’t a 5 star establishment anymore. It needs some maintenance and TLC in the rooms and common areas, and much better service. Breakfast was very average, the cooked options borderline inedible. I wouldn’t recommend the stable suites as you can hear every step of your upstairs neighbours and the room isn’t very private as all windows face common areas.

They go the extra mile.
Pros:

The spa closes at 5pm. I wanted to book and they stayed open especially for me.
They also wash your car as an special treat.
The staff is different class and extra friendly.

Wedding weekend , so not always at the hotel, but enjoyed it nonetheless
Pros:

Great variety. Good cooked options. Coffee! It all tasted wonderful

Cons:

We would have liked an early evening drink, but the bar was crowded, and we couldn't find a seat to enjoy the view and be served.

Ik was daar 6 jaar geleden. Intussen zo in kwaliteit teruggevallen, dat de (zeker voor Zuid Afrika) hoge prijs in geen verhouding stond. Mij zien ze nooit meer terug!

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Uns wurden zwei Zimmer gezeigt und wir haben en uns für ein sehr großes Zimmer unter dem Dach eines Nebengebäudes entschieden. Die Klimaanlage hat zum Glück gut funktioniert, so dass wir das moderne Zimmer mit einem wunderschönen Bad genießen konnten. Das Bett war bequem und die Lage ruhig. Das Zimmer im Haupthaus, welches noch zur Verfügung stand, schien allerdings etwas einfacher zu sein. Sehr schöner Garten mit zwei Pools
Das Restaurant war sehr gut - das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen.
