Good but STAIRS
Pros:

The staff,
Mr. Grigor and Mr. Artiom were very helpful during the stay, and they helped me with the luggage.

Cons:

The stairs.
Before you reach your room in the first floor (ground floor) you have to take around 20 stairs. WITH YOUR LUGGAGE AND KIDS.
There is no detected staff to do that when i have arrived.

The breakfast was very simple and limited. But does the job.

Decent stay
Pros:

The location was great. The staffs were helpful. The breakfast was good. Spacious, clean room.

Cons:

There was a really bad smell in the bathroom coming from the floor drain. The staff gave me air freshener. It was largely gone but kept coming back at different times of the day.

Our room was clean and cosy, perfect for both working and relaxing. The panoramic windows overlooking a small Tbilisi courtyard added a special charm to the experience.
The breakfasts were delicious, with that wonderful homemade taste that makes you feel at home. Everything was prepared with care and warmth.
If you’re looking for a small boutique hotel with its own character, unique atmosphere, and special vibe, this is definitely the place to stay!

Pros:

The breakfast was good, the chef was really nice and kind, and she adapted the early check-out time.but it would be good to vary the food from day to day. Also if творожники, can be added then it will be perfect
