Pros:

Excellent location, very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and all essential services. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The bathroom was also clean and everything was perfect overall.a

Cons:

There is no elevator. The place was quite noisy due to sounds from the hotel and the street. Traffic and people talking outside were clearly audible, which made it difficult to sleep.

פקיד קבלה מהמם בשם אליהו , שעזר מאוד והיה לבבי .

ידענו שאין מעלית , אבל יש המון מדרגות , קשה ובלתי אפשרי עם מזוודות . הבטיחו שיעזרו עם המזוודות , שהגענו פקיד הקבלה עזר , שעזבנו היתה פקידת קבלה שאמרה שזה לא העבודה שלה , הרימה קול , לא אהבנו.( היינו בחדר בקומה השנייה)
מקלחת יש רק ראש טוש עליון לא נוח , ללא מאריך .
הבנו שהשכונה של המלון חביבה על המוסלמים .

Pros:

The best hotel among the dozens I’ve been to.
Best thing about it is staff. They were super helpful and went out of their way to make my stay better and simpler.

Location is absolutely perfect. Next to a small park, just between two food stores. Close to subway. Beautiful view

Cons:

I guess the stairs. I was fine, but I think there’s a lot of people who would struggle bringing their luggage up and down. Th stairs are very steep. I’m sure the staff would help, but still…

Pros:

The hotel was located in one of the prime locations of tibilisi city and that is the major plus point. Secondly, most of the Indian, Arabic, Pakistani and halal cuisines are in a walkable distance.

Furthermore, I chose duplex suite room for my family and it was looking really beautiful and spacious with all facilities such as chiller, safe, water and toiletries. Moreover, the washroom and the whole room is neat and tidy. I got room with windows on road side view and it is beautiful to sit and relax day and night.

Receptionists are available morning and night and they are very helpful always.

The hotel is located in a neighbourhood where cobble stone streets and vintage lamps invite you to step back in time.

Cons:

Since the hotel starts from level 1 and the major disadvantage is there is no elevator and you have to lift your luggage from GF to Level 1 or 2 or 3 via stairs.

This issue will be resolved if incase if they provide porter or Bellman service to carry the bags from the GF to the allocated room.
