Gutes Hotel mit Potential zur Verbesserung der Leistungen SPA und Fitness
Pros:

Ich hatte kein Frühstück

Cons:

Es ist sehr kompliziert, bis man endlich den Zugangscode bekommt. Es gibt sehr viele Mail, bis man endlich den def. Code für den Zugang hat. Die Kosten für das Spa und Fitness sind enorm teuer. Ich wünschte mir einen spezialpreis als Hotelbenutzer.

Équipements à améliorer….pas de café, pas de thé, pas de sucre…..
Pas de personnel présent pour la réception…..
Et comment faire sans téléphone, puisqu’il sert à ouvrir les différentes portes ????

En la ducha, hay una cortina que no evita que el agua salga al resto del baño. Seria más apropiado puertas de vidrios.

El banco de la ducha está flojo.

ondanks de drukke locatie was het in de kamer compleet stil.als je gebruik wenst te maken van de faciliteiten van het hotel dient daar extra voor betaald te worden. Dus je betaald waar je gebruik voor wilt maken

Oda çok temizdi. Oda büyüklüğü mükemmeldi. Odada mutfak ve masa olması konaklamasa çok avantajlıydı.

Fabulous rooms just be tech savvy!
Pros:

The rooms were fantastic spacious and had wonderful facilities.. finally realised the sofa bed was a pull down one.. great quality fixtures and fittings.. very enjoyable stay..

Cons:

My phone had no signal and so I couldn’t access my keys! I couldn’t get on the WiFi as couldn’t access it in room.. wouldn’t want to leave the room without phone and risk being locked out! The rooms are technology savvy yet there’s no usb sockets and our standard adapters didn’t fit the plugs, only one in the kitchen!

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda a 5 minuti dal centro di Bellinzona in macchina, pertanto lontano ma non troppo dal caos cittadino. Ricca di servizi molto utili e accessibili, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi ora, ESSENDO UN HOTEL SMART, la comodità maggiore è che puoi gestirti tutto tu tramite il proprio smartphone e non si necessita della persona fisica, infatti non vi è una reception e il check-in lo esegui in autonomia! COMODO E VELOCE, online!
