das Zimmer war sehr gut, sauber, schöne Küche und Einrichtung.

Cons:

Wir haben als Fussgänger (also nicht via Tiefgarage wie die Autofahrer) den Eingang nicht gefunden. Das könnte besser beschriftet werden.

Modern und hochwertig ausgestattetes Appartement. Grosse Zimmer. Im Gebäude hat es Fitness und Spa sowie Restaurants (nicht inbegriffen).
Online Checkin etc. hat alles funktioniert.

Cons:

Küchenausstattung nur das äusserste Minimum. Smarthotel ohne Rezeption, funktioniert nur mit Handy. Kein klassischer Zimmerschlüssel bzw. Keycard. Für manche Besucher evtl. etwas herausfordernd.

Volgende keer kom ik hier weer op weg naar Italië.
Pros:

Ruim, schoon, nieuw, goed bed, pizzaria en osteria in het pand, vlak bij de snelweg, stil en een Tesla Supercharger.

Cons:

Het was even zoeken hoe we op de vierde verdieping kwamen, want dat stond niet aangegeven. Alle deuren werken met je mobiel, maar dan moet je wel bereik hebben.

Un concept séduisant mais une réalité très décevante : passez votre chemin!
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et propre, lits confortables. Possibilité de charger la voiture sur le parking.

Cons:

Expérience très mitigée : aucun personnel présent sur place, pas de surprise de ce côté -là, et du coup ambiance futuriste glaciale.
Les instructions pour le self checking ne sont pas claires (en plus, elles ne sont arrivées qu’à 17h30 pour un checking possible à 15h…) et la procédure est trop compliquée (et full english, visiblement la technologie s’arrête là , bizarre). Pourtant, nous sommes de adeptes de nouvelles technologies et habitués de la dématérialisation, mais là, on s’est retrouvés avec tous nos sacs devant une porte close, fatigués de nos 600 km du jour, à essayer de trouver le moyen de regagner notre chambre pendant 15 minutes, c’était pathétique. Et 0 aide possible…
Pour la restauration, possibilité de prendre un dîner à l’Osteria au rez de chaussée, totalement indépendante de l’hôtel : ça a été le seul moment sympa pour nous.
Quant au petit déjeuner, les clients sont orientés vers un bar assez sordide, tenu par une femme si désagréable qu’on a décampé avant de tester le petit dej à 20 CHF…
Bref, on a été très déçus de cet hôtel désert, vraiment pas accueillant et et on n’y reviendra pas, surtout à ce tarif

La tranquillité et la taille de la chambre.

Cons:

La façon du check-in. Bug donc bloqué devant la chambre.
Tu dois réserver en avance et payer en plus pour la piscine, idem pour le spa.

Pros:

Es war alles schön und sauber.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, so dass es im Zimmer sehr heiß war und wir kaum schlafen konnten.
Dadurch, dass es kein Personal gibt, konnten wir das auch nicht beanstanden. Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp für die Fahrt aus den Urlaub gebucht. Die Weiterfahrt am nächsten Tag war dann leider extrem anstrengend , weil wir so übernächtigt waren.

Sauberes Hotel, nettes Personal in der Cafeteria: jedoch nur 80% digital problemlos.
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, saubere Anlage.

Cons:

Check-In nicht gleich möglich, da wohl Software-Fehler. Musste Zimmernummer über das Telefon erfragen. WhatsApp Support war nicht schnell genug.

Pros:

I liked the size of the room.

Cons:

First, it was late and we couldn't find the entrance. We had the keys activated but there are no signs where the rooms are located. Of note, we didn't have a car but got dropped off at the bus station. When we got to location, we called and emailed with no luck of a response. We climbed the steep driveway and found the entrance. BUT WAIT. Once we used the key to get in, in order to unlock our door to the room, we needed the key. We had no service in the building and no access to the WiFi. We chase down other guests to share the WiFi. There was hair in the bed and no peep hold so you couldn't look out of anyone knocked.
