Nothing was Good what we saw in the pictures

Cons:

It's totally very old furniture there. Cockroaches in the sink and there were no utensils even to serve the food. So we checked out in 3 hours

Not at all worth the money quoted. One could find better stay in this cost for sure.
Pros:

I just liked the location. It is in the city, and not everything is so far from the location. The cabs were readily available, and I felt comfortable reaching out to different locations.

Cons:

The room was not as it is shown in the photo. The room was okay, but not as shown in the photos. The sofa had a lot of patches as if someone partied, and it was never cleaned. The bedsheet had a hole due to cigarette burns. The owner did not even bother to give us a new bedsheet; instead, it was hidden with a blanket, which we determined later. The blanket also had patches as well. The wall was seeping. The fridge was broken and was only freezing. We were two people, and the caretaker said that he only gave one towel per booking, not even a hand towel. The toilet was not as clean, and the water jet was broken, with water leaking all the time. Not even a water bottle was kept in the room, and no arrangements were made. On request, I was told that I needed to pay 50 INR extra as someone would come and deliver me. If I pay 3k+ for a room, water is the minimum that one can expect. Later on, asking, I was sent a water bottle late at night. I have photos of all as proof. I wish I am allowed to post those as paying 3k per night, I would have received far better facilities for sure.

I have stayed at this place many times and everytime someone or the other members of their team makes me feel valued . I am very happy with the services which is provided each & Everytime . Thanksgiving to the people who made my stay more comfortable and memorable . While having some sudden changes in my plans, houskeeping staff helped me a lot .Their welcoming personality and hospitality skills have been very rewarding. From check in to check out everything was smooth
