Modernes, sauberes Appartment mit sauberem Gemeinschaftsbad
Pros:

Recht großes, sauberes, Moden eingerichtet es Zimmer Unglaublich netter Vermieter.

Cons:

Da das Zimmer zur Straßenseite grenzte , war es recht laut.
Der Geruch im Bad war unangenehm.

Pros:

The flat is nicely equipped, furniture and decoration is nice, good washing machine, well equipped kitchen, coofee maker, toaster, oven, etc., big fridge, heating in bathroom, TV in the room. Internet is fast, I was working remotely using remote desktop and there was no problem with the Internet speed.
Location - the flat is located in a local residential area, there are a lot of small shops, grocery stores, bars, coffee places, supermarkets. 25 min walking to the center, 4 min to the metro, 20 min walking to the beach.
The owner is nice, flexible and helpful, communication with him is easy.

Perfect location.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Very walkable.
To make an idea:
Beach - 10-15 minute
Lidl/Aldi - 5 minute
Historical center - 20-30 minute
Station bus ( Estacion de autobuses)- 15 minute ( from here can take different busses to Ronda, Sevilla, Nerja)
If you take a Guide tour, all meetings points are 20-30 minute away.

Successful first trip to Spain: excellent room with great price and quality
Pros:

This was my first time in Spain, and overall, I consider it successful. The apartment owner responded quickly to messages, providing the necessary information. In June 2024, I stayed in a cozy room equipped with everything I needed, including bath towels and air conditioning. While the bathroom and kitchen were not very spacious, they had ample space and all the necessary utensils for cooking. It was close to the metro and about 15 minutes from the city center. The modern and intuitive transport system made getting around easy, even for non-Spanish speakers. There were also two grocery stores, ALDI and LIDL, within a 5-10 minute walk.

Cons:

Located in a residential area, it could be a bit noisy at night. I found it a bit inconvenient that the nearest beach, Playa de Huelin, was about a 25-30 minute walk depending on the pace. I recommend visiting Playa de la Malagueta in the center, where I found the water clearer. On the way to Playa de Huelin, you can stop by Panaderia Confiteria Salvador Huelin for delicious pastries, which are reasonably priced and can be enjoyed there or taken home.
