Everything, beautiful place!

Cozy and modern design. Spacious room, big bathtub, studding views to the city. lGood location.
Wasn’t clean properly. It was mentioned check-in at 12pm, but I arrived at 17pm and the room was in the cleaning process. A bed was made, so a cleaning lady said she had to finish mopping the floor, so she did just a part of it and then left quickly. So the other part of the floor was dirty with rubbish on the floor from the previous client.
The toilet was smelly and the room noted smoking a lot. The windows were opened but that wasn’t enough. There is no reception and difficult to find the entrance. I’m not Chinese speaking, so I didn’t let the taxi go unless he communicates with the owner where is the entrance to get up to the room. The owner sent a lady to pick me up from the taxi.
Spacious and luxurious furnishings and fixtures. Fully equipped kitchen, love the bathroom and toilet separated. Bathtub in living area overseeing beautiful skyline of Kunming city from high floor. Big movie like screen with good sound effects. So comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
Good location. Big mall on opposite road and metro is less than 200m away.Very convenient coming from airport by metro to hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful. We have night flight and he let us store luggage after check out so we can continue to check out Kunming city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kunming High View Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and easy.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. One of the highlights was the projector in the room, which made watching movies a unique and enjoyable experience. The panoramic views of the city were stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset.

The apartment was spectacular. The view was incredible, the bath was a treat and the projector over the bed was a lovely addition.
