Nothing coz they said booking is full

Cons:

The guy dropped the call saying the booking is full even though he knew all the booking details. On the first call he said 4 people right ok come , and later he canceled on us when we reached the inn

Location is almost unreachable. We had to arrange jeep by paying extra money to reach location. Not advisable to stay.

For better service to customers
Pros:

liked the ambience of the home and surroundings and staff service.

Cons:

It's not about didn't like, to improve the customer service. We didn't get any towels or blankets. Also other toiletries like paste shampoo etc was not provided. The small packs. To fix a pedestal fan in the upper bed space would be great as the climate is changing daily.
