We enjoyed our 2 nights stay.comfortable accommodation, food tastes good. highly recommended.
Pros:

We were originally booked a DLX Queen. But the Front desk upgraded us to a bigger room without addtl charge. Very good housekeeping staffs as well. They quickly brought in an extra bed for us as we have 2 kids staying.

Cons:

perhaps a door to the shower area.

We had a good stay.

Very comfortable, extended an extra night.
Pros:

Superb staff who are very accommodating!

Excellent food at breakfast!

Great daily cleaning of room!

Very comfortable beds!

Cons:

On the booking form for 2 adults, 2 children it said "free breakfast" & "Kids are free".

When having breakfast, suddenly kids are not free. This violates the booking offer with a bait and switch.

The best hotel in Bacolod
Pros:

Everything was perfect - hot water in the shower, comfortable bed , vegan breakfast and of course the amazing staff of the hotel!!
