Great palce, good location for what we wanted to accomplish.
Pros:

Staff was really helpful. Breakfast was good. Karen, the housekeeper for us was awesome.

Cons:

Our floor was on the pool level and they keep the doors open all the time which made stepping out into the hallway hot and sticky each time we came and left. Asked for a 30 minute extension to c/o at 1300 so we did not have to take out luggage to the restaurant. I did not get an answer in time and check out at 1200 to eat lunch taking all out luggage to the restaurant. Upon checking out, the front desk did offer the extension, but we had already cleaned out the room. Little frustrating, so I decided not to give any tips.

Small community with big hearts.
Pros:

Gym 24/7
Rooftop viewing deck which has the view of the mountain

Cons:

Nothing on the property itself, but location is a bit far from the city if someone wants to go out as often. But it can easily be reached via car hailing apps anyway.

I really enjoy our stay. Great location for us and family nearby. Staffs are really great in assisting guests. I hope

Location, staffs are very helpful. Good food. Allow outside food and guests.

Cons:

Just need the carpet clean in the hallway. Security as there is no restriction when going on the elevator.

It was acceptable but I do not plan to stay there again if I can help it.
Pros:

It was clean and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was not impressive at all. The room was a bit small. The location is farther outside Bacolod than I prefer.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay.comfortable accommodation, food tastes good. highly recommended.
Pros:

We were originally booked a DLX Queen. But the Front desk upgraded us to a bigger room without addtl charge. Very good housekeeping staffs as well. They quickly brought in an extra bed for us as we have 2 kids staying.

Cons:

perhaps a door to the shower area.
