Quarto espaçoso e confortável, com duas camas grandes, uma mais macia e outra mais firme. Ótima localização, funcionários simpáticos e muito atenciosos com as crianças. Eles adoraram os mimos que ganharam. Café da manhã bom, mas com pouca variedade. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza.

Hotel lindo, surpreendente. Localização fantástica.
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, decoração super moderna, cheia de historias pra contar. Localização perfeita, perto de todas as atrações turisticas, lojas, restaurantes, dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Quartos bem espaçosos, confortaveis. A decoração de Natal estava fantástica. Equipe super cordial. Se voltar a Quebec, voltarei a me hospedar la com certeza

Eu gostei se tudo, o hotel é muito bem conservado, funcionários educados, o quarto com vista da cidade era perfeito com um janelao. Adorei a mini cozinha no quarto, super válida para pequenas refeições. A localização também é muito boa, consegue ver todos os principais pontos da cidade a pé.

Centrally located and very clean and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was quicky but very classy and had lots of personality. I loved the fireplace in the lobby and the hotel bar. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were huge. Overall, our stay was great.

Séjour parfait cependant je souligne mon désagrément en lien avec la caution qui à eté maintenu pour un délais inattendu

Cons:

La caution que l’hôtel avait prélevé pour la chambre n’a été libéré q’après 12 jours ce qui fait n non sens. L’hôtel m’a répondu très rapidement dans un 1er temps que le problème émerge de ma banque et non pas d’eux. Ma banque me dit le contraire… j’en ai informé l’hôtel et ils n’ont jamais fait suite à mon questionnement jusqu’à présent soit après 72hrs après ma 2e communication.
