It was so quiet and yet well located near all the things we wanted to walk to. Everyone in the staff was quite friendly and the hotel was very clean. Loved the whimsical decor and also the very nice bar.
Nothing
The experience from the moment I entered the hotel was unlike anything I had experienced before. The whole aesthetic and design were extremely unique and fun, and these were of course backed by everything you would expect from a hotel at this price point (good amenities, very clean, and a spacious and very quiet room). (I won't spoil all the little surprises the hotel has in store, but I'll say the "jewel treasure hunt" upon arrival at your room is a fun way to start your stay.) Additionally, the location is extremely ideal for sightseeing Old Quebec since it's right next to a large public parking lot (in case you don't want to use the hotel's valet parking service) and not far from Chateau Frontenac and the funicular.
A bit more expensive than some other options available (it's certainly not a budget hotel), but still completely reasonable and honestly a great price point for the experience you get. I genuinely do not have any complaints about the hotel or my experience there.
Cool interios. Excellent food and drinks in resto.
Poor value for money. Have us a corner room with a tiny window with a non-functioning blind. Kitchenette dirty and missing items. Generally surly front desk staff.

A beautiful hotel. Even though it’s modern, the whimsical, Cirque du Soleil feel made it fit in quite well in Old Quebec City.
We stayed in a great room with a terrace overlooking the main shopping street with a view of the river. The accommodations in the room had everything we needed and we ended up pleasantly spending an unexpected amount on our terrace each day - having morning breakfast and glasses of wine and cheese in the early afternoons. The Bijou restaurant had a great selection of spirits for all kinds of unique cocktails… with delicious food options.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice with a fridge, microwave and two burners - didn’t really need them this time but nice to know they were there. Bathroom with double sinks and a nice shower
Only minor issue, bed felt a little softer than we are used to but probably a question of preference for guests
