Perfekte Lage um Quebec zu erkunden

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Quebec, super eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Pros:

I enquired about the maker of mattresses. Front desk looked it up but was unable to find it in the manual. Best sleep ever.

Cons:

Entry way off the street and slope. For mobility guests this was very difficult to enter/exit cars, but I knew that going in.

We all loved the hotel (5 couples). The concierge was fantastic and our walking tour with David was terrific.

L'emplacement, le confort des lits.

Cons:

Je réserve une chambre qui me semble spacieuse en précisant que ma maman a besoin d'une salle de bain adaptée car elle est en fauteuil roulant.
Une fois sur place, malheureusement ça ne convient pas, l'accès aux toilettes n'est pas possible (aucune photo ne le montrait).
Le personnel a été réactif et a donc trouvé une autre chambre qui convenait davantage. Cette chambre coûtait moins cher, mais le personnel n'a pas voulu rembourser la différence.

L'hôtel est très coûteux.

Location, location , location. Concierge was wonderful. Eddy in Bijou was great. Check in and check out very well done

Cons:

I am not a fan of pillow top beds and too big/fluffy pillows. Also the view out 500a not so good!!

Amazing hotel experience in Quebec City!!!
Pros:

Traveled with 3 other couples. All raved about the location (so close to everything) the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and the excellent facilities in each room (including small kitchen)
