Comfortable and convenient, though not quite the five-star experience I expected.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the location is very convenient for the airport.

Cons:

The check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist seemed disengaged — she didn’t smile and offered no information about the hotel. I had to ask basic questions such as breakfast times and where the pool was located, which I would expect to be proactively shared at a five-star property. The room was also underwhelming. It felt tired and in need of updating, and overall the hotel did not reflect a five-star standard.

They made our stay v comfortable.

safety ... someone rang the doorbell at midnight .. which i brought up with the staff next day ... then next morning i was locked inside the room which was frusterarating... but staff was very cooperative and helpful ...

Perfect for our first time in India
Pros:

The location to the airport was excellent, security was brilliant, all the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you.
Plenty to do at this location with shops and places to eat.
However the food from the restaurants was unbelievably good.
