Pleasant. I would have been disappointed overall if I had not been able to change rooms

Great location, good sized rooms, friendly staff, 2 x bottles of water everyday!

Cons:

My original room didn’t have a window (it was tinted and faced directly onto a wall) - so no natural light, which made the room (211) very claustrophobic! I had to pay extra to move to a room with windows.
Additionally - the shower was not very good - bad water pressure in the first room and very poor drainage.
The second room (206) was a bit better.
Aircon in the first room was very noisy - much better in the second room.

Cons:

房間因為無法開窗通風，所以有潮濕的感覺。浴室排水不好，整間地板浴室濕答答。冷氣運轉聲音非常大！隔音差、房間昏暗。

Average hotel (no lifts)
Pros:

It's a very basic hotel with basic facilities. Beds were ok not great. We weren't blown away by the services, staff. It's mid.

Cons:

No lifts. Have to carry heavy luggages 2 floors up. Sometimes the staff can be rude (shocking to see it especially after seeing the opposite for 15 days in Thailand elsewhere).

Pros:

The level of cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff truly shows a high level of care for their guests.

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone taller than 180 cm. The ceilings in the lobby and the first-floor rooms are very low, which makes it quite uncomfortable if you are tall.

Great hotel
Pros:

We stayed for two night’s perfect location, lovely staff and room was clean. Breakfast was great. Lovely Italian restaurant next door which was delicious.

Pros:

Cons:

Cold water in sink no privacy due to windows only had curtains outside could see in so no option but to shut curtains and use electrical lighting which was a shame some light net curtains or a privacy film would have improved things! Overall we enjoyed our stay hotel was value for the money.
