It was very comfortable and peaceful. It’s 10 minutes walking from the main area in the island, but I feel it makes it better as you can rest and relax. They have a space for yoga and materials you can use anytime. The hosts are extremely nice and they are always willing to help. Cabins are very nice and comfortable.
The check in process was a bit tedious because you have to complete it before arriving, but once you arrive it makes everything smooth and easy
Great host, Naseem was alway focused on making the stay better or keep the level. If anything was ever improvable she reacted promptly and understanding towards any feedbacks. The yoga deck was wonderful as well and the garden very relaxin

Het is echt een klein paradijs op zichzelf. Heerlijk ontspannen hier, een oase van rust! Gewoon even niksen in de hangmatten, genieten van een heerlijk uitzicht en het lekkere eten. Naseem was ook ongelooflijk behulpzaam en bracht me zelfs Aloë Vera en wat kokosolie nadat ik toch wat verbrand was. Al het personeel begroet je met een “Good morning”, en geloof me: dat is het hier ook elke dag!
Ik zou hier heel graag nog eens terug naartoe komen!
Als ik één puntje mag opnoemen, is het dat persoonlijk voor ons de matras toch wel echt (klinkt misschien stom) té zacht was. Verder alles prima!
Very unique location and chill atmosphere! Nice food & restaurant. Felt very welcome there.
Volunteers didn’t always know all info on the island, so had to go back to the owners a few times.
Yoga teacher wasn’t there, but that was just bad luck.
De eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De tuin zijn mooi aangelegd en de cabanas zijn smaakvol ingericht
We waren overvallen dat er geen ontbijt was: kennelijk was dit alleen voor groepen. Dat was wat onhandig aangezien de locatie iets afgelegen ligt. Dit had misschien wat duidelijker van tevoren aangegeven mogen worden. Verder was van te voren ( voor het boeken van de accommodatie) niet duidelijk dat op 1 januari geen personeel zou zijn.ivm feestdag. Hierdoor hadden we de laatste nacht geen toilet papier en werd de kamer niet schoongemaakt. Communicatie was mogelijk: Je kon wel mailen maar directer contact in de avonduren was zeker in dit geval makkelijker geweest. Al met al vonden we de prijs kwaliteit verhouding daardoor niet proportioneel. Voor dat bedrag hadden we meer service en faciliteiten verwacht. Zeker gezien de prijzen en faciliteiten van andere accomodaties op het eiland.
I liked the calmness state of the property, the hammocks, and the bed they offered.
I didn’t like how its advertised has being near the ocean. It’s not. It’s a trek to get to and from places/beaches.

La mancanza di acqua calda. Ingresso e stradine che portano alle cabanas poco illuminate.
La habitación era perfecta, pero por el precio que se paga seria un detalle que nos ofrecieran gel y shampoo, a demás de toallas para poder ir a la playa. Cuando fuimos el restaurante estaba cerrado. Pero las instalaciones estaban muy bien.
Beheerder Stephanie is super vriendelijk en probeert zo goed mogelijk te helpen waar zij kan.
- eigenaren hadden aan de beheerder niet doorgegeven dat er een reservering was. Hierdoor was beheerder overvallen en was de kamer niet klaar. Beheerder heeft het heel netjes opgevangen maar het kwam niet professioneel over van de eigenaren.
- we kregen een kamerupgrade omdat de reservering niet was doorgegeven, echter kwam hier nauwelijks water uit de douche. Enkel wat druppels. Hierdoor moesten we toch weer verhuizen naar een andere cabin. Hier was de waterdruk iets beter maar het kost behoorlijk tijd en moeite om goed je haren te kunnen wassen.
- terrein heeft geen eigen generator en/of zonnepanelen. De laatste nacht was er een grote storing van de elektra op het hele eiland waardoor er de hele nacht geen stroom en dus ventilator was. Het was bloedheet in de cabin en slapen hierdoor bijna niet mogelijk.
- er is bijna geen ventilatie in de cabin, omdat de drie kleine ramen en de deur allen aan dezelfde kant zitten. Hierdoor kan er niets doorluchten en is het bloedheet in de cabins.
- geen wifi bereik in de cabin.
- geen tussentijdse schoonmaak van de cabin, zelfs niet van het legen van het prullenbakje in het toilet. Dit is na 4 dagen niet prettig en trekt ook mieren en ander ongedierte aan.
- enkel sap of sterke drank te verkrijgen om te drinken. Geen biertje of frisje.

Nous sommes passé de 60 $ us à 85 $ us. Problème de paiement dans booking selon l'hote.
Accommodatie is heel mooi, wel stuk lopen naar het mooie strand.
De prijzen waren erg hoog echt westerse prijzen. Voor 15 dollar een snorkel huren bijvoorbeeld. Dat voelt totaal niet passend bij little corn. Daarbij was ik de enige gast de eerste avond en was er niet gezegd dat er geen yoga teacher aanwezig zou zijn. Daardoor alleen in een stil hostel.
To much burecraгснy.. You have to fill some forms. The owner is afraid about some damage and really do not trust people. But this OK more bad that there are not in this expensive hotel a kettle or coffee machine . When I asked to boil me a pot of watter, the owner answerd me :"This is not hostel. You have to pay $2 for each cup of hot watter". Yes, Miss, this is not hostel and you have to have a coffee machine in the room and be polite! I think that the owner know nothing about hospitability
The property was beautiful and very calm, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful
They didn’t offer breakfast when we stayed and since the place is a bit far uphill and away from the Main Street, we had to walk down to town for every meal. Would have been nice to start the day at the retreat and therefore enjoy it even more.
In a quiet, peaceful location, lots of trees and greenery, a bit away from the main town area (10-15 min walk, big hill at the end). Rooms were cute and clean, bed was super comfy. I think it’s one of the nicer places to stay on Little Corn.
I’m happy to make my own bed every day, but would have appreciated at least the garbage being emptied daily and toilet paper refilled (as you don’t flush the paper in Nicaragua, it goes in the garbage can). Also be aware that it’s a bit of a hike from the panga (ferry) and back with your luggage. (I think sometimes they have someone to help, but not when I was there). Also no fan between 6 am and 1 pm as the power is off on the island during these hours.
