Don't recommend for families
Pros:

Felújított, modern, tiszta, közel a látványosságokhoz. Kényelmes ágyakkal

Cons:

A személyzet nem beszél semmilyen idegen nyelven, a szobák nagy része ablaktalan. A 3 szobából 1ben elromlott a légkondi, így konstans 27 fok volt a szobában, amit az ajtó nyitva hagyásával lehetett csak korrigálni. A szintek között nincs átjárás, a lift csak arra az emeletre megy, ahol a saját szobád található.
Belső "kertek" vannak a szobák között kialakítva, amiket lámpákkal világítanak. Az utcára néző ablakok le vannak fóliázva.

Közel a központhoz, felújított, kényelmes szobák

Cons:

Ablaktalan szobák, a személyzet nem beszél angolul, a szintek között nincs átjárás, így ha nagyobb társasággal érkezel kérd direkt ugyan arra az emeletre a szobákat.

Pros:

L'emplacement est super, très proche du Bund et de la vieille ville de Shanghai tout en étant très calme. Le personnel est adorable, et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. La literie était confortable. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel a de plutôt bonnes prestations.

Cons:

La chambre sans fenêtres - je pense que c'est normal pour une ville comme Shanghai mais cela m'a quand même un peu surprise.

Cons:

Facilities. Although it's free coffee but the machine was very poor condition. Took us almost 15 to 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee to start the day. It gave an impression of not easy to get your starter of the day, which is very important energy for the whole day. 😫😩

Отношение единственного сотрудника к сложившейся проблеме. Девушка хорошо справлялась 👍

Cons:

На платформе забронировали Comfort Double Room за 770 юаней ночь. Фотографии прекрасные описание тоже, поэтому ничего нас не смущало.
По прибытию нас заселили в номер без окна ( мини фальш-окно, ниша с искусственным светом) , также нет шкафчика и пуфика как дополнительное сиденье. Мы попросила дать нам комнату соответствующую заказу, описанию и фото, персонал объяснил, что комнат нет, а если мы хотим комнату с окном, нам нужно будет доплатить и подождать одну ночь. Неприятно.
На следующий день нам нашли комнату с реальным окном, но за которую все равно пришлось доплатить.
Писали в службу поддержки насчет этой проблемы, к сожалению от них до сих пор нет ответа :(
