Good but beware of the actual cost due to the security deposit they’re not going to give back.

Ok so here’s my problem. First of the owner was super nice (or whoever the old lady was) in person. I feel so bad writing this review but I just have to be 100% honest because I do feel deceived.

I got a lot of things to say about how prompt (they weren’t very but at this point this is a minor problem compared to my real problem) but I’m not going to get into that.

The real problem I got is their security deposit. I held back in writing this review up until the last day because I was giving them the entire month to give it back to me. This is the only condo I had (I stayed in about 7 in total in a month) where I had to do a security deposit ($40 or 2000 PHP). This is fine and all but they have refused to give it back to me. They’ve given me the run around on why they can’t give it to me and I’ve given them LITERALLY almost an entire month and I still don’t have it. It’s whatever they can keep my 2000 PHP if they really want. I just feel disrespected. I’d rather they ghost me instead of lying to me. Here’s the screenshots to prove it. Let’s see if these guys respond with their own proof.

Disappointing
Pros:

The landlord slow response for the clients question. And need to pay the swimming pool unlike in the hotel is free they need kids birth certificate just for to swim and the landlord doesn’t know the rules. So we didn’t use the pool and we went in Ace spa in pasig to have a good relaxation that I didn’t get in this condo in the grass residences.
