The room was specious and comfortable. Access to swimming pool is great. Good breakfast in the morning. Central location.
Very steep hill up to the hotel. Bathroom would benefit from modernisation. Additional costs for parking and swimming pool feels expensive to me.
Location , good room size , comfy beds and value for money
No shower , hair wash in shower would off been a nice extra , shower head was very low .
The pool and the little cups of water at the pool and I liked the stairs going up to the room.i also liked the view from our room to see the pool if it was busy

Overcharged £120 at check in then overcharged £120 at check out. Hotel blamed booking.com for dinner add on which actually doesn't exist. Hotel honoured what booking. com had advertised in conjunction with hotel which knew nothing about it!!!! Not pleasant to feel like your trying to get something for nothing. Breakfast wasn't worth getting up for it was cold and poor quality.i asked if mines could be heated in the microwave it came back inedible. First and last time at this hotel.
It was in a great location. Plenty car park spaces and nice staff. Spacious and clean.

The hotel was lovely, had a lovely spa and leisure facilities, food was excellent too, and staff were all lovely and friendly
The only real issue I had was that the on button for the tv remote wasn’t working and I forgot to say to the staff when I checked out

dinner items not available ran out before 7PM. We had looked at menu before booking and decided pork belly was the best option but not available.

Needed a bit of maintenance, wardrobe door off the tracks, bathroom needed a deep clean, very small towels

The parking Fee of £10 was over the top for hotel residents and puts me off using this hotel which I have done for many years.
