Overall the stay was excellent and we will be returning and recommending this hotel.
Pros:

Exceptional hotel in Navsari. Staff were great (professional, courteous and smart). Pool was clean and well maintained, with clean changing rooms. Breakfast and evening meal choice was excellent and nice to see the head chef walking around, speaking to guests.

Cons:

We requested twin rooms, but were provided with double. When asked to change rooms, there was a lot of confusion amongst staff, with each member telling us something different. Eventually the rooms were changed.

Short stay for shopping
Pros:

The property it’s self is beautiful

Cons:

Unfortunately we had guest on our floor screaming and shouting in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. Staff did nothing to remedy this. Seems to be the norm

Great and will recommend, food was amazing
Pros:

Food at the restaurant was exceptional and we enjoyed our stay, we will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Restaurant manager was brilliant and helped us book table for 9 guest. Deeksha was a true professional and handled things very well.

Cons:

Some areas of the room were not very clean such as mirrors, room cards needed activating daily. Having to call for towels water on a daily basis, understand new process but rooms should be cleaned daily without guest being in the room.

Pros:

Lovely property, good size rooms.

Cons:

After checkout out we decided to visit one of the restaurants before setting off, the staff who should welcome you at the door was exceptionally rude and had no customer service skills at all.
Left a negative lasting impression.

Poor experience never had such experience with any 5star property

Not value for money they didn’t mention at the time of booking that balcony is just for show service is also not good ,staffs are uncooperative

Pros:

The look and the pool. Also the breakfast is great. The staff are nice too.

Cons:

This is not clean, the rooms seem bear and it is missing a luxury finish. Also the traffic of the main road is very very loud.

Cons:

Attention to all travellers, standard room and the so called superior room is exactly the same, don't pay extra for nothing !!!!
I paid for first 2 nights, 11 000 Indian rupees and for the next 6 nights I paid 57 200 Indian rupees .
This in unfair and misleading the public!!!!!!!

Very pleasant and I was provided with everything I needed for a short stay.
Pros:
