أعجبني مستوى النظافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، إلى جانب الراحة وجودة الخدمات المقدمة. كما كان تعامل الموظفين في غاية الرقي والاحترافية
وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ نواف في الاستقبال على حسن الاستقبال والتعاون مع الضيوف .. والأستاذة رهام من خدمة العملاء على اهتمامها وذوقها وحرصها على راحة النزلاء. تجربة مميزة تعكس مستوى الفندق واهتمامه بجودة الضيافة.

The reception crew and concierge team are very professional and helpful

Cons:

The distance location of the reception toilet is somehow far from the reception. To experience great hospitality, things like this should be done with less efforts especially when incoming guests are pressed while at the reception
