Cons:

I didn’t like it at all. The room window overlooked the reception area, so I couldn’t even open the curtains. When I checked in, the front desk said they were giving me a “very special room,” but it turned out to be dark and dull.
There’s no proper lobby, the gym is very poor, and the sauna wasn’t working. There was hardly any staff around, and even the minibar was empty.
Overall, this doesn’t feel like a five-star hotel, and certainly not what you would expect from a Hilton.

Poor house keeping - drain was clogged. Despite two reminders no one came to fix while no room cleaning done whole day. On inquiring they made excuse of over work. This is not applicable for 5 star hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room did not match the photos on the website, and the furniture looked old. Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room daily, but even after making several requests, no cleaning service was provided.

Additionally, the towels in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.
