Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, un entorno muy bonito, pero lo mejor fue la calidez y predisposición de los recepcionistas; desde la bienvenida hasta el último minuto y para cada inquitud. Gracias Asuman Umut y Kerem! sin dudas volvería!

Pros:

We really liked the bed in our second room. Staff is friendly and the views over the city are amazing from top floors.

Hotel cozy , tres bien situé
Pros:

Endroit idéalement situer , le funiculaire vous emmène vers taksim , le tram Besiktas et kapalicarsi ( et tous les autres point historiques)
L'endroit est très propre . Personnel serviable .
Les fenêtre sont super isolé , pas de nuisance externe

Pros:

Das Horel ist zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl wir auf fehlende Gläser für Zahnbürste und Seifenablagen hingewiesen haben wurden keine bereitgestellt. Das sich das bestellte Taxi verspäten würde, hat man uns auch nicht mitgeteilt. Mit dem Taxifahrer wurde ein Preis vereinbart der uns auch nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Bett wurde mehr schlecht als recht gemacht.

Séjour parfait du début à la fin.
L’hébergement était impeccable : très propre, confortable et conforme en tous points à la description. L’accueil a été particulièrement attentionné (merci beaucoup à la directrice/gestionnaire de l'établissement), avec une communication rapide et efficace. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité des lieux, la qualité de la literie ainsi que le petit-déjeuner "maison", préparé par deux femmes sympathiques.
L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui a facilité mes déplacements.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage.

Great place to stay to explore Istanbul.
Pros:

Exactly where we wanted to be, good area, near transport The attic bedroom provided a truly great view, and was great. We returned a few days later to one of the standard rooms and that was fine but the attic is worth paying a bit more for that view. Liked the quirky art work placed throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Breakfast was good and staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Maybe some of the decor could do with a refresh, but not a biggy.
