Pros:

Unsere Hochzeitsnacht im Hotel Bankerhan war einfach unvergesslich. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, die Organisation bis ins kleinste Detail hervorragend und die liebevoll gestaltete Dekoration hat den Abend für uns ganz besonders gemacht.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Zeynep und Asma für ihre außergewöhnliche Unterstützung, Professionalität und Wärme. Dank euch beiden haben wir uns rundum wohl und wertgeschätzt gefühlt.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel von Herzen weiter und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sin duda para repetir.
Pros:

En primer lugar señalar la absoluta dedicación de todo el personal del hotel siempre prestos para solucionar cualquier eventualidad. La ubicación es excelente, sencillamente NO podría estar mejor. Comienzas y terminas cada día justo en el lugar adecuado para conocer la ciudad, ( tanto a pie como en guaguas, ferry, taxi, tranvía y metro ). Además está rodeado de una inmensa oferta de ocio ( gastronómica, compras, etc ). Obviando lo más importante: la Torre y Puente Galata. El desayuno es completo, saludable y abundante ( están en constante reposición ) y el personal se esmera en ofrecerte todo aquello que pudieras necesitar. La habitación es muy confortable, las camas son comodísimas y el mobiliario permite la vida con total normalidad durante la estancia.

Cons:

Lo único que podríamos señalar es la deficiente iluminación de todos los espacios del hotel a excepción del comedor de desayuno; por lo que nos inclinamos a pensar que es una hecho deliberado con el fin de crear una determinada atmósfera. Sin embargo, en la habitación y sobre todo en los servicios ( baño ) es francamente incómodo en tanto que dificulta cuidados como el afeitado, maquillaje.

Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Stauraum im Zimmer ist etwas wenig und uns hat ein zentrales Licht im Zimmer gefehlt (Deckenleuchte).
Allgemein die Helligkeit war eher wenig.

Pros:

Ovviamente la vista! Avevo una piccola finestra in un angolo della stanza, dalla quale vedevo il Bosforo, le finestre grandi davano sul palazzo di fronte, ma so che nelle altre stanze la situazione è diversa - c’è la possibilità di avere più luce e una vista sui tetti e il Bosforo molto più ampia! La receptionist molto gentile, posizione fantastica, colazione buona e abbondante, letto comodissimo!

Cons:

Le finestre e gli specchi non erano puliti, le tende un po’ vecchie e in alcuni punti strappati. Poca luce in camera, non c’è un punto luce in bagno vicino allo specchio.

It was very clean and quiet, central to all the highlights of Istanbul and the staff was very nice. A special thanks to Zeynep and Perihan hanim for making our stay extra special, they were very friendly and helped us a lot. Will definitely book here again next time!

Guys at Reception - Karim and Umut are so helpful. Thanks them for all advices, taxi booking, etc. They made my stay so comfortable.
Room was nice, clean, stylish.
You are right in the center of all the touristic places.

Cons:

The window is too thin, so the insulation is poor, therefore by the way hotel is called “adults only”. However, since it is not on the main road or highway you do not feel any discomfort.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, un entorno muy bonito, pero lo mejor fue la calidez y predisposición de los recepcionistas; desde la bienvenida hasta el último minuto y para cada inquitud. Gracias Asuman Umut y Kerem! sin dudas volvería!

Hotel cozy , tres bien situé
Pros:

Endroit idéalement situer , le funiculaire vous emmène vers taksim , le tram Besiktas et kapalicarsi ( et tous les autres point historiques)
L'endroit est très propre . Personnel serviable .
Les fenêtre sont super isolé , pas de nuisance externe
