Location was perfect and the most important thing the friendly staff at the reception specially Umut!
Great location close to Gelata bridge (5 minute walk?) but at the same time it was set back a little (a few streets up the hill) from the main hustle and bustle which was very nice and much appreciated
It was a little bit hard to find as I didn’t have internet so couldn’t use Google maps
Location is amazing! The staff are very kind and know enough English to help out. The hotel itself does not have many amenities (no restaurant, no full mini bar, etc.) but it is located in such a great place that you can find anything around the corner. The lobby is nice and the AC in the room was great! They have a great room service app. with lots of options and fast.
I wish they sold food in case you are traveling solo and want to eat at night but don't want to go out by yourself. But everything else was great- I would definitely book here again.

La 2 planta las habitaciones tienen poca luz natural y ventanas pequeñas.
La luz de la habitación y del baño es muy baja intensidad, no se ve nada.
El desayuno está aceptable, solo falta un poco de variedad
The location was great. The staff were friendly, and the price was very nice as well. It's easy to get to the hotel via public transportation. There are also a lot of food options nearby, as well as a super market.
The bathroom smelled pretty bad. Every time I came back to my room, I was greeted by a bad smell. I eventually got used to it, but I feel like I shouldn't have to get used to something like this. The bathroom shower floor was sloped in a way where water remained on the floor and didn't wash away.

The location speaks for itself. It always does. We’ve stayed in the property many times over the last nine years but the staff are the standout.
There was so much to like about Bankerhan Hotel. In particular, the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. I followed all of their recommendations and, each time, had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was also excellent. Close to tram and ferry/ wharf and close enough to metro. An easy starting point for those exploring the city. In the evening the air was filled with live music from nearby wine bar (but only until 10pm). Perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which stands out for its excellent location and spotless cleanliness. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, cleaning our room thoroughly every single morning.
The staff and the people working there were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
The only downside for us was the room lighting—the lights in the room weren't ideal and could definitely be improved.
We loved the location with easy access to all the sites. The bed was probably the MOST comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in and I am well travelled! And the staff were very helpful with all my questions. Finally, breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Would definitely return
Only criticism is the lack of hooks in the bathroom and bedroom to hang up wet towels.
