When I booked I didn’t know the shower would be outside my bedroom, even though I stayed at the Tower and no other guests were there, I wish I would have known, but it was doable because I only stayed one night

Stunning stop over
Pros:

The Château is beautiful. It sits high on a ridge with lovely views and a wonderful garden for an afternoon drink. We had dinner there also and it was phenomenal.

Cons:

The rooms like out bathroom could do with some TLC but it’s a very old building

Het sprookjesachtige, schitterende kasteel. En dat ze ontzettend hondvriendelijk zijn. Sowieso is het personeel erg gastvrij en vriendelijk.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Fantastic experience once again! This was our second visit, and it certainly won't be our last. The location is absolutely perfect, and having convenient on-site parking makes a huge difference. Both the food and the service were excellent throughout. We will definitely visit again!

Außergewöhnliches Schloss mit viel Potential, tolles Frühstück, schnelle Reaktion auf Kritik

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr sehr klein, kein Schrank, es entsprach auf keinen Fall den Fotos. Keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung unterzubringen. Vergammelte Kommode, deren kleine fleckige Schubladen und fleckige Ablage ich nicht benutzen möchte. Am Boden eine schlecht schließende Pappkiste für Bettwäsche. Kaum Platz um Koffer abzustellen Darüber hinaus war es staubig und voller Spinnweben, das Bad war nicht sauber. Allerdings wurde es nach unserer Kritik sofort gereinigt, da wir glücklicherweise rechtzeitig angekommen waren. Gottseidank nur eine Nacht in diesem Zimmer verbracht- dann Abreise. Wer hier ein romantisches Wochenende verbringen möchte, wird enttäuscht. Das ganze Gebäude sollte mal ordentlich geputzt werden - vor allem die Fenster. Das Restaurant ist ein Erlebnis, aber sehr teuer.

Horrible et scandaleux

Le château vu de l'extérieur.
L'emplacement et la vue.

Cons:

Nous avons eu la possibilité de récupérer les clés de la chambre le matin avant sa disponibilité car nous allions rentrer tard à l'hôtel. À 22h, surprise la chambre n'était pas faite ! Pas de réception, obligés d'aller trouver une serveuse au restaurant qui nous a proposé une autre chambre sur le même pallier avec salle de bain et toilettes sur le pallier ( les 2 chambres soit disant "familiales" )
Chambre et salle de bain d'une saleté incroyable, poussière, toile d'araignée, insectes morts sur le rebord des fenêtres, ver dans le bac de douche ( voir photos ),
La serveuse s'est vite éclipsée ne sachant pas quoi dire.Bac de déshumidificateur derrière le lit, murs gonflés d'humidité.
Décoration horrible et vieillotte, fleurs artificielles recouverte de poussière et la salle de bain datant de 60 ans.
Le lendemain, réception fermée, personne pour obtenir un dédommagement et poser réclamation.
C'est scandaleux de louer ce genre de chambre indigne et à ce prix .
