Grosses Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Hotel mit speziellen Charme. Wie kommen immer wieder gerne wieder. Mache Zimmer haben eigene Kitchenette.

Cons:

Sehr schön, dass das Hotel eine Sauna hat aber sie ist unpraktisch eingerichtet und vor allem offiziell nur von 16 von 20 Uhr angeschaltet aber halb fünf ist oft alles noch kalt.

Vi var där för längdåkningen och försatt åka Ski Engadin Marathon och hotellet ligger precis vid starten vilket passade oss. Vi uppskattade också att ha ett eget pentry

Cons:

Du behöver åka bil till affärer, restauranger och alpin skidåkning men vi gjorde ett val att vara nära starten. Lite dyrt boende.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut.
Am Haus mochten wir den alten Charme.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und hat alles was wir brauchten.
Die Auswahl am Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.

An unserem Aufenthalt haben uns drei Dinge gestört:

Die personelle Besetzung an der Reception ist schlecht. Die beiden Damen waren ziemlich forsch und unfreundlich. Für eine Position an der Front und mit Kundenkontakt sind sie nicht geeignet.

Das Sofabett in unserem Zimmer hing so durch, dass man weder richtig schlafen konnte und sich ernsthafte Sorgen um die Gesundheit des Rückens machen musste.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht adäquat.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel, with self catering residence and option of dining room if one wants to eat in. The staff are very friendly, approachable and very helpful. The place is very clean and the rooms were spacious, looked clean and newly renovated.

Cons:

We found the location a bit far from the town centre and taxi's are very expensive to get to the location, costing around CHF211 or 295 depending on the time of the day. This was during the SnowPolo week. There's also buses into town which are very cheap and stop by a few minutes away from the hotel. If driving it's very ideal location.
