Location was good. Room was a good size.
Where do I start? The outside of the property is a mess. Weeds, broken landscaping, trash, broken and structures were in disrepair. The halls were dirty, men’s bathroom was broken with no signs of repairing efforts. Complimentary food both breakfast and dinner was poor. Pool was in disrepair. One of the pool access gates was locked with a bicycle lock and would not be removed when asked. Room towels were small and thin. Shower water pressure was weak. Hotel desk employees were hard to find when needed and were not much help when they were found. After calling ahead to ask about family members visiting, I was told that the pool area was for guests only. We weren’t using the pool it self only the deck area.
The staff was exceptional!
Our air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and not working correctly. The workout room was 89 degrees and very hot. The pool was not working in June.
Location.
Room 205 Two bedroom suite was NOT cleaned properly, open food packages in the freezer, used snack bag in the king-room nightstand, king bath floor soiled, hair on the floor of double-queen shower, damaged king room door literally falling off (hinges loose), and stained cloth sofa. After first night, the next morning, we asked the front desk to have the room cleaned again, came back in afternoon and room has not been touched, so we decided to check out. Management style felt really sketchy and “Rosy” was not available for a day or two to address our early departure refund! This property charges the entire stay up front and then you have to get it back, and takes cash; also heard a conversation about weekly rentals.

Room was very dirty, looks nothing like the photos advertised, staff rude
We only stayed about 15 minutes because the goods and services that I booked were not made available to me. So, there was nothing really that I liked.
The main reason I booked this hotel is that it was one of the few hotels in the area that offered an outdoor pool. When we arrived, there was a written notice on the front desk that the outdoor pool was closed until further notice. I also booked a King Suite, but was given a Queen Suite upon check-in without being notified. I would have cancelled my reservation in advance if I was notified that the outdoor pool was closed and they did not have King Suites available for the dates I reserved.
The location is quite quiet but located very near I-64. We have stayed there many times. Rooms are spacious, very well equipped with a full size refrigerator and good desk area. Parking is abundant. Breakfast is well maintained.
The "business center" was not operational during our entire stay. The staff seemed unable to deal with the issue. If the computers were unplugged and re-plugged in you could get Google but changing to a second topic returned one to the error screen. Breakfast was boring for a long stay facility. In the week plus we were there the only change in the menu was the protein which only once was bacon. The eggs were industrial scrambled eggs everyday and were served with the same cubed potatoes.
The size of the room was great and comfortable. Location was perfect for our event
The room could have been a little cleaner. There were dead bugs in all the light fixtures. It seemed like behind the doors doesn’t get cleaned. We did not have soap in the shower and when I told the cleaning people they came and took towels but didn’t leave clean ones and the soap was still empty. All we wanted was soap.
Also the smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night. Someone Bbq set it off twice
The location and near highway.
The pool was closed and received a notice via text from the hotel that it was which was fine however, they failed to communicate that the entire hotel would not have water or plumbing for hours. Lack of consistent Communication. The employee at the desk was bot helpful when asking about how long we would be without water. The overnight desk attending when checking out was super helpful.
Great location
Toilet in room 114 screams a loud high pitch noise that lasts for several minutes every time it is flushed. Not pleasant.

Freezer did not work well, ice machine in breakfast area produced ice with large black flecs in it. Obvious needs to be cleaned and more often.
We loved the separate area for the couch and the 2 TVs in the room. Breakfast was incredible. Huge variety from eggs to waffles to muffins and everything else you could think of.
Absolutely nothing. Great comfort.
