Overall, a great place for a staycation.
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The facility is really clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like that my shower head was malfunctioning, but other than that the water pressure was amazing and so was the temperature.

Cons:

The parking lot was very difficult to pull into. You had to take a left-hand turn onto a back road and then do a U-turn basically. The room was uncomfortable. The air conditioning wouldn’t turn off the bathroom. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The other people staying in the hotel were partying until 3 AM. I could hear music through the ceiling. There were people coming and going and shouting in the hallways from midnight until 3 AM. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I will not be back. And honestly, a refund might even be appropriate.

Beautiful property with amazing staff, close to amazing shopping and easy access to the interstate.
Pros:

Property was conveniently located and well appointed. Staff was incredible. Everything was extremely clean.

Cons:

I think the pricing was appropriate but would have been nice to know parking was $40 before arrival.

It was beautiful and location was great.

Cons:

I woke up with itchy bite marks on my body. When arrived and inspected the beds one had visible red spots on it. Housekeeping changed the bed covers. She was very nice and professional. The shower door would not stay closed while showering. I did leave a note in the room and told the gentleman at the front desk to note the bite marks.
