Hotel Airport City - Near Delhi international Airport

I recently stayed at airport city hotel , and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations with its exceptional service, stunning facilities, and attention to detail.
Every team member was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort.
My room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided made it feel like home.The on-site restaurants were top-notch.

This place is near to Delhi airport and good place to stay while you travel to Delhi. It is better if you book a hotel taxi while arrival as it will be easy to locate the hotel. The hotel staff Mr Ranbir Ji is very kind and helpful. He is very responsible and friendly. I like the Indian breakfast which is served at the hotel

As a solo traveller for almost 3 months I can honestly say that this was by far the worst place I’ve stayed at and it almost ruined my entire time in Delhi for me. Your hotel/hostel should be your safe place when travelling or on holiday however I dreaded returning to the hotel every day. The staff were friendly enough when I checked in but on my first morning they tried to make me pay for breakfast although it was already included, on my 1st night they then asked me for more money saying the price I paid was only for one night, I had to argue with them and say that I had paid for 3 nights in full including breakfast and that I will not be paying any more. I then realised that they had cancelled my booking with booking.com and told them I had never checked in! My 2nd morning they then refused to give me my breakfast although I had already paid for it in my booking! And told me that if I want breakfast I have to pay more. They then asked again for more money and said I’ve only paid for one night, and said that they are poor and I’m from a ‘rich country’. I argued again and said I am not paying any more as I have already paid the full amount. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and the way they treated me and tried to scam me to pay more money is appalling! The staff weren’t the only issue, cleanliness of the room was disgusting. The bed sheet/covers had stains and holes in them, the floor was so dirty my socks were completely black from walking on it and the bathroom also needed a full deep clean. Barely any water coming out of the shower. The one morning I did have breakfast from them it was delivered to my door with a cup of tea but no cutlery and no milk/sugar/spoon etc for my tea. Please do not stay here.

It was a good and comfortable stay there. Rooms were clean and hygienic. The property is very peaceful and good for family stay. The restaurant is good and had some good delicious dishes.

There is nothing to like about this property. Room and toilet are very dirty.

It is one of the best hotel near Airport which. Provide you with free Airport drop facility and rooms are clean and up to date and most important,it is budget friendly hotel.

Transportation to the airport was included in the price.
